I would highly recommend this storage facility. I never had to use a storage facility before but it was a very pleasant experience. Great staff there that are on top of everything. I felt my valuables were safe there. Josh the manager was very helpful and accomadating and very serious when it came to making sure the place was running smooth and safe. Don't be off put by the area and the looks of the place because the staff is always on sight during business hours and they have cameras everywhere and if not in the office they are around the plaza and just a phone call away. Dont pay more for a fancy looking place. This place the cheapest in the area and you sort of feel like family there. When I first got there to check it out there was a man there who told me he's had his stuff there for over 14 years and he never had a problem with the staff or his belongings.

AAA Mini Storage had a lot of unit size options which helped a lot with finding the right fit and at the best cost. Joshua, the property manager, was very helpful and patient. He made sure that we understood all the rules and walked us through on how to reach our unit and properly locking it. Nothing but great service!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and business that was provided.. rating is a little late we used the uhaul service in April but still we will definitely be using this company again. Which will be soon 😄 Josh is amazing and very helpful.. definitely got a keeper there... Give him a raise.. lol

This storage is a solid 5 stars, Joshua was very helpful. My family and I were looking for a storage place and we found triple A in their last hour of operation and staff still allowed us to get all our things in. Very considerate and understanding management with a student discount. You dont find very many people around here that are this helpful, I highly suggest any readers to visit Triple A.

Very upset that this place did not have an open unit for my move because i went with them for my uhaul and Josh hooked me up and the customer service was great. Will definately be my first choice for my next move, Uhaul or storage.

I've been a customer for about two years. I have nothing but good to say about this business. I rent a super large unit and a small unit. I had my stuff in a storage unit in Rancho Cucamonga, but they kept raising the rent every six months it seemed. The cost became prohibitive. I found this place and the rent I pay for both units is less than what I was paying for one in Rancho. Plus, the manager here is amazing and fabulous; you just can't get better customer service than what you'll get from Joshua. The place is clean and well-kept. I highly recommend this storage company.
