Whether you're parking the RV between trips, storing a boat off-season, or clearing space during a move, US Storage Centers on Trade Center Drive gives you a clean, access-controlled property off I-215 at Columbia Ave — in the Hunter Park corridor minutes from UC Riverside and the Moreno Valley line. Open vehicle spaces in 18 and 35 foot lengths, drive-up units to 20x20, and economical interior units round out east Riverside's most vehicle-friendly storage stop.

What types of storage are available on Trade Center Drive?

RV, boat & vehicle parking — open spaces in 18 ft and 35 ft lengths with wide aisles for straightforward pull-in and pull-out. If your HOA won't let the trailer stay in the driveway, this is where it goes. Prefer covered? The enclosed indoor car and RV storage at Orangecrest Self Storage in south Riverside keeps vehicles out of the sun.

Drive-up storage — ground-level units from 10x10 to 10x20, plus 20x20 bays and a handful of extended lengths up to 10x38.5; load directly from your vehicle.

Interior units — economical 5x6 through 8x11 spaces sized for boxes, dorm-room summers, and apartment overflow near UCR, in clean, well-lit corridors a short walk from parking.

Business storage — 10x20 and larger drive-up units for contractors and inventory along the Columbia Ave industrial corridor. West-side renters can also compare the all-drive-up mini storage at Tyler Mall Mini Storage.

How do I get to US Storage Centers on Trade Center Drive?

From I-215, take the Columbia Ave exit and head east; Trade Center Drive branches off the Columbia corridor in Hunter Park, Riverside's north-east industrial district. From UC Riverside, it's about a five-minute drive north up I-215. The Riverside–Hunter Park/UCR Metrolink station on Marlborough Ave — the 91/Perris Valley Line stop that serves the campus area — sits nearby, a useful marker if you're new to the neighborhood. Coming from Moreno Valley, take the 60 west to I-215 north and exit Columbia Ave; from downtown Riverside, take the 91 or University Ave east to I-215 north. Towing? The Columbia Ave interchange and the industrial-width streets of Hunter Park give long rigs a straight, low-stress approach — no residential turns. Look for the gated drive aisles among the light-industrial yards; the keypad is at the main gate.

Which neighborhoods does this facility serve?

This facility serves east Riverside — the UC Riverside area, Hunter Park, Northside, and the neighborhoods along the I-215/Columbia Ave corridor — plus commuters from Moreno Valley heading into Riverside on the 60/215. RV, boat, and trailer owners come from across the east side, since open vehicle spaces are scarce in residential Riverside and most newer HOA communities prohibit driveway parking outright. Need climate control instead? Our climate-controlled storage near UC Riverside on Blaine St is three blocks away. The full four-facility picture is on our storage units in Riverside, CA city page.

Why store on Trade Center Drive?

Vehicles first: this is the US Storage Centers property in Riverside with open RV and boat parking — 18 ft spaces for trailers and small campers, 35 ft spaces for full-size rigs — with wide, well-lit aisles built for maneuvering. Second, workspace-grade drive-up: 10x20s, 20x20s, and extended bays suit contractors working the Hunter Park and Columbia Ave industrial corridor. Third, honest economy: the interior 5x6 to 8x11 units are some of the most budget-friendly spaces on the east side, and a practical summer answer for UCR students three exits from campus. For climate-controlled units, use our Blaine St location three blocks east — the two properties are complements, not copies.

Why choose US Storage Centers in Riverside?

When you store with US Storage Centers, you work with real local people who know their property and their neighbors — nationally trusted, personally run, so you're a name, not a number. Your rental gives back, too: through Kure It, storage helps fund cancer research. And it's easy, on your terms — month-to-month rentals, online move-ins, and a team that treats your things like they matter. What you store holds the moments of your life. Life's Moments. Stored Well.™

What unit sizes are available on Trade Center Drive?

Size	Type	Best for
5x6–5x9	Interior	Boxes, dorm room, small moves
7x10–8x11	Interior	Studio to 1-bedroom
10x10	Drive-up	1–2 bedroom apartment
10x20	Drive-up	3 bedroom home
10x21.5–10x38.5	Extended drive-up (select bays)	Long loads, equipment
20x20	Drive-up	Business inventory
18 ft space	Open vehicle parking	Trailers, small campers, boats
35 ft space	Open vehicle parking	Full-size RVs and rigs

Choosing a vehicle space: measure bumper to bumper and include the tongue or hitch — a 21-foot boat on a trailer usually needs more than 21 feet. Utility trailers, jet-ski trailers, and small campers fit the 18 ft spaces; travel trailers, Class A and C motorhomes, and most toy haulers take the 35 ft rows. For enclosed units, think in truckloads: one pickup load fits a 5x9 interior, an apartment fits a 10x10, and a full house takes the 10x20 or 20x20.

Current rates and unit availability appear in the live unit listings on this page.

Yes. Open parking spaces come in 18 ft and 35 ft lengths for trailers, boats, campers, and full-size RVs, with electronic gated keypad access and 24-hour video recording. Current rates and space availability appear in the live unit listings on this page.

No. This facility offers interior units, drive-up units, and open vehicle parking only. For climate-controlled units in Riverside, our Blaine St location three blocks away specializes in them, from locker-size spaces up to 10x13.

About a five-minute drive — off I-215 at Columbia Ave, just north of campus in the Hunter Park corridor. The economical 5x6 to 8x11 interior units are a practical summer option for students storing a dorm room between school years.

Entry runs through electronic gated access with your personal keypad code, with 24-hour video recording and wide, well-lit drive aisles throughout. You store on your own terms with your own lock, and the on-site team is there during office hours.

A 10x20 drive-up unit typically holds the contents of a three-bedroom home, including appliances and boxes. If you're also storing garage or business overflow, step up to a 20x20 bay. Current sizes and availability appear in the live unit listings on this page.

Yes. The 10x20 and 20x20 drive-up bays sit minutes off I-215 in the Columbia Ave industrial corridor, and month-to-month terms make them a flexible warehouse alternative for contractors, trades, and delivery-route businesses on Riverside's east side.

Measure your rig bumper to bumper, including the trailer tongue or hitch. Utility trailers, jet-ski trailers, and small campers fit 18 ft spaces; travel trailers, Class A and C motorhomes, and toy haulers need the 35 ft rows. When in doubt, size up — pull-in and pull-out stay easier.

I had a great experience with US Storage. Unfortunately, I had to leave the country earlier than expected, and Alicia once again made the transition of moving out so seamless. It was such a relief to have someone take care of things on the back end, especially when I had so much to manage on my end. I truly appreciated her help and will definitely rent with US Storage again if the need ever arises in the future.

Amazing new management, Ever and Nick are amazing. High level of customer service. Come and rent your storage unit from RightSpace.

I have been with rightspace storage for about 4 years, 2 years with another named storage before rightspace took over. I am a satisfied customer &would refer them as a good, clean place to rent from. Evelyn

This is the 3rd time I have rented at this facilty, After new ownership the facility looks much nicer and very organized and the staff is very very professional and their customer service is A+

Staff was very helpful and very nice. The unit was clean and great for the price. Only problem was a very rude fellow customer. He was upset and yelled at my best friend as he drove by saying unbelievable and gave her a dirty look all because parking is non existent and I had to park off to the side of the gate my unit is indoors which was very rude he had plenty of room...oh and he honked aggressively a few times to express his anger in the situation. 😂

Great price, the lady in the office was very nice and helpful. This place is also very crean.

Friendly and helpful

Muy buen servicio muy amables la Sra Alma muy detallado el servicio gracias

100% Good place

Too expensive?

It's a storage area lol what more can or do you want me to say? Very secured though 😎

All employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the units and the prices. Securing a unit was fast and easy. You can get discounts online if you sign up that way. I saved 25% off my first month. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the bathroom isn't working.

It was great

Great storage during the summer time, and it’s near the UCR

Pretty secure

Great front desk service and answered all of my questions completely. The value is great as well!

Jason is the shiznit, he helped my daughter and I get our 5th wheel stands unstuck. And it was a 🥵 day too. And when I brought it back he was there to help guide me into the spot (first time parking my 5th wheel) lol. Absolutely the best kind of people. Especially the move in special 😉

Helpful staff.

Cheap storage but the older lady that works there is a little nosey witch makes me feel irritated. She's Werth dealing with for the price I pay

Reasonably priced storage rental. One of the best in east riverside.👍

Actually, this place was pretty great! My friend is renting there and the clerks are super nice, place is clean and there are plenty of heavy duty dollies to go around. Especially great because they don't make it hard to use them.

Great place knowledgeable crew very friendly and have everything you could think of that you need, alotta vets employed there, been a devoute customer since 2005 fair prices, drop in tell em hello, they know ohm's law and Newton's theory in case you forgot, just ask for the marine real cool guy.

looks 2 b ok was calling around for info and priced

Lowest prices around.

The price is responsible but the camras watch you. Going keep my comments to myself but this is the type of storage unit do what your going to do and go about your way. Plain and simple. The staff is nice and helpful and a good eye on time. The only thing is its on the east side so dont judge people if they look needy. Maybe find it in your heart to help in some kind of way its up to you if something thoughtful crosses your mind.

Very clean up to date with security Love that they are very on top of what is happening there

not so packed

Very friendly staff

Ok place if you must store your items

Fair peeps

I think this is the cleanest and I feel that my belongings are very safe the ladies are very nice and the rates are resonable

Reasonable prices compared to other storage facilities

Good storage staff on site with guard dogs. Monthly sales . Nice and clean solid built units. No bathroom facility for customers

Advanced storage in this place since 2013

Good price for big spaces

Riverside Storage has excellent storage units. the spaces are very clean and for a low price. I recommend you trust Riverside storage with your things.
