What a great storage place, and with a good location closer to my home. I found this place after a large rent increase at my previous storage company. This one is very clean and well managed and Danielle made the process so easy and was eager to help in any way she could. I love that I can use an app to open the gate upon access instead of getting out of the car and signing in every time on a sheet of paper. The access hours are very convenient and more in tune with people who have to come after work or before work. Thanks Danielle!

Danielle was amazing with our move in. We came to Store More surrounding some hard times and Danielle was so welcoming and made the process really smooth. We currently have three units and they are all very clean and secure. I really appreciate Danielle and her support for my family and me. I was there several days in a row and she always greeted me with a smile and offered help when needed. Would recommend this facility to anyone as they have great prices and even greater office staff like Danielle!

I highly recommend this facility. The new manager Danielle has really stepped up and taken charge. The place is clean, organized and secure. I’ve rented here in the past and swore I would never go back, but I was in a pinch and needed something ASAP. To my surprise and overwhelming relief the place has done a complete 360. If you need safe place to store your personal items and not to mention at great price I would suggest STORE MORE self Storage.

We are very happy with our experience at this storage space. Like other reviewers have said, it's extremely clean and feels very secure, well lit with security cameras and key codes to enter and exit. The process to sign up was easy and the manager is great. I also love that this company supports the "Kure" for kidney cancer. That added a personal touch to learn about the owner's battle with cancer which is meaningful to my family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really glad I gave Store More Self Storage another chance. I was seriously considering moving my business elsewhere due to some past issues with the previous management team. But I’m happy to say that things have turned around completely since the new team took over. Danielle and Jerry are doing an outstanding job — always professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. The entire facility is now clean, well-organized, and much more secure. You can tell there’s been a noticeable improvement in how the property is being maintained and how customers are treated. I’ve had a few questions and small concerns, and both Danielle and Jerry handled them quickly and respectfully. It’s clear that customer service is now a top priority here. I feel confident storing my belongings again and actually look forward to stopping by when needed. If you’ve had doubts in the past — give this place another look. I originally wrote this review when there were quite a few transients that management was not aware of because it was all done after hours! Even other tenants weren't aware of what was going on. It was all done after gate hours. (at least) and even more so after midnight. Since then, Hollywood has gone to great lengths to not only remove the transients but also improve security for all tenants. I am grateful for my words being heard and being acted upon. Thanks, Tracy W. I have been burglarized, threatened, attacked by tenants that live in the storage units, and watched as tenants came in after midnight holding the gates open somehow

As the Manager of the Storage Facility. This is far from the truth of us being robbed every night. I have personally been coming in and patrolling the facility. The former tenant has not been here since 10/29/24 He had an issue with 2 also former tenants that he had referred himself. These "friends" all had a falling out in which NONE of them are nor have been here. I take pride in each and every one of my tenants and their belongings. If they have an issue i attend to it at once. If there is anything they see or hear and bring that to me. I tend to it. I have been doing more work for my tenants and all than for my company. 'Office Work" I work 2 jobs 20hrs a day and even if there is a gate issue while at my other job Ill drive out here to make sure things are secure and right. These now all of a sudden bad reviews is of a personal and away from property manner. Can we have those flagged and removed please?

This Store More facility is awesome. It is clean, it’s friendly and the price is very good. We have 2 units and are very happy. We had an amazing helper with Leatha. She is very knowledgeable and so helpful. I highly recommend using this place.

I would recommend this storage facility. It is very clean, lots of units in all different sizes, great access hours and Hollywood who works at the Store More location on Lotus Street was very helpful and made my storage experience fantastic!

I can only highly recommend this storage facility. It is new, clean, well lit up, and the storage units are very large and not to forget its location is very conveniently off the freeway. The store manager Hollywood I will give a A+ for professionalism, knowledge of the facility/units, understanding of the customers storage needs, and he definitely knows how to talk to people.
