Today I had to transfer to a larger unit and Maxwell and Heather were extremely helpful. They figured out the most cost effective way for me to move and, what is so rare today, they were so kind in the process. Was having issues with making on-line payments. This went on for several months. Three out of four units were updated successfully but one unit could not change c.card number. I worked with many people, both at the office and at the call center. I was finally told I had to go into the office, a 70 mile trip, to correct the problem. I met with HEATHER who was able to correct the problem. HEATHER was a pleasure to work with. Very polite. Was able to correct the software problem in a short time. US STORAGE needs to recognize her for her knowledge and pleasant demeanor. She should be considered a VIE (very important employee). Regards, E. Ilderton (4 units)

They really helped me out today as I'm going through a horrible breakup. I must say their prices are great and they're really helpful and understanding with your life situations. I had my stuff in storage here for over 4 years. I always felt like it was safe. The staff is nice and there is always a bowl of candy on the counter at the office.

I came in to pay a past due bill I incurred and was very stressed about it. I had the greatest experience with the new manager, Heather. She was so easy to talk to, offered me the option of auto pay, which I did. The entire team that was there, Max and Amber, were so personable and really pleasant. I highly recommend US Storage in Sebastopol. The rates are fair and the staff is awesome!

I was not happy with the first space I had due to accessibility. I spoke to Nicole, and she let me pick out the space that I liked and switched it over hassle free. Very good experience and she got back to me in minutes. I'm very happy with this place.

I stored with Southpoint for about 6 months and had an overall smooth experience. This is a family run business with fair pricing and clean, secure facilities. I had a particularly exceptional experience with Trish while in a major pinch— she was alone and absolutely slammed at the very end of her workday when I came in requesting an emergency unit rental (required due to a major failure on the part of my moving company). Trish was kind, authentic, and quite cool in the face of chaos. She hustled HARD to get me into a new unit with literally only moments to spare! I am so grateful for and impressed by her outstanding customer service and wonderful personality, which incredibly brought me a sense of ease while we were both under a lot of pressure. Thank you Trish!!! ♡

Convenient,safe dry

For storage lockers its clean and secure. It's a bit much for rent. But never no problems and the women who work in the front office are professional and a nice bunch. I know my belongings are safe .

Great place to rent from. I really wish we had 24 hour access. Nice clean storage facility. Fair amount of price increases. But you can actually tell where your money is going with upgrades. Friendly staff.

Place seems fine to me. Rats no food in storage ? My only complaint os only open until 8 and the maintanece guy peeking around corners at me which i find odd? But i guess that is the way he goes about his buisness? So hes the reason for losing 2 stars. Wacko. I knew the hrs of operation going into the deal.
