Our facility is located off the corner of Royal Avenue and Haven Avenue. Grace Brethren Elementary School is just to the north of us. To the west of us, we have Hollow Hills Fundamental School and Hillside Middle School. To the south, we have Grace Brethren High School. Finally, to the east of us, there is Berylwood Elementary School. With all these schools surround us, making easy access to your storage unit if you have a child attending one of these fine schools.
In addition, a little farther north, you’ll find Rancho Simi Community park, so you could pick up your kids, drop some stuff off at your storage unit, and spend an afternoon in the park all without putting five miles on your car.
If you are coming from the Ronald Reagan Freeway, you can take exit 24 onto Erringer Rd, pass Los Angeles Ave and then turn left onto Royal Ave.
If you are coming from the Moorpark Freeway, take exit 17 onto Olsen Road and follow it until it turns into Madera Road. From there, drive past Sinaloa Golf Course and turn right at the second stop light onto Royal Avenue.
