This facility is hands down the NICEST and most comfortable facility I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing. Perfectly climate controlled, so clean it looks freshly built, and they even have music playing so when you’re by yourself the creepy noise factor is zero! I love walking into the office and being greeted BY NAME by any and all of them near the front desk. The employees are truly wonderful people and have really made one of the hardest times for me just a bit brighter with the exceptional customer service they provide. Let me tell you, the staff here is AMAZING! Seriously glad I stumbled upon them. Everyone was friendly, helpful and inviting. I’m a big time introvert and meeting new people and going to places is not my cup of tea. But both Vincent and I believe her name is Michelle (I’m sorry if I got that wrong)made the process of checking out the facility, and setting it all up, very easy. I appreciate how overall clean the office, the grounds and the storage rooms are. I was also impressed that Michelle knew many of the tenants names. The company that I work for rents a few units from this particular company and the customer service is always on point and Michele Bradford the Manager is awesome a very genuine person as well as the rest of the staff but Michele goes all out to make sure your needs are met and she keeps Self Storeage of Vacaville so clean. It’s the cleanest storeage facility that I have been to and I have used plenty of different facilities. Since finding this facility I will not use any other facility but this facility in Vacaville. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I have only had my unit about a week. So far, excellent! I have now had my storage a couple of months and still doing fantastic. They were very considerate and worked w/me setting up a different account that they could have charged late fees for, but they did not. This is a huge factor and a definite 5 star rating!!

Let me tell you about community pride... Self Storage of Vacaville is AMAZING! Miss Jo graciously let us house 120,000 boxes of cookies for 400 girls in Vacaville for the 2020 cookie season. She let us use her carts to make everything easier on us as we offloaded 50 pallets full of cookies. VERY happy with Self Storage of Vacaville. From the moment I made my first call to Self Storage of Vacaville to present I have been extremely pleased with the professional service provided by the staff. They are friendly and helpful. The units are clean, I love that the lights come on as I make my way through the halls and the special added touch of music playing lightly in the background. Self Storage of Vacaville also provides rolling carts at the entrance of each building which makes moving items from car to unit pretty effortless. They provided me with a lock of choice for my unit, an offer to use a Uhaul if needed and as a new business their sign up special offering is great. I used a different storage company a couple of years ago for a few months, I constantly had problems with the auto pay and I didn't like that the gates were not accessible after the office closed which included holidays. So far my experience at Vacaville Self Storage has far exceeded my expectations.

The staff are very friendly! Great customer service. They let me borrow a dolly for a few hours. Clean facility. Less traffic and stop lights on that end of town so getting in and out is easier than across town.

I love this place! I moved my things into storage about a month ago. I was leaving my old home waiting to move into our new home and Michelle made it so easy to get a unit and make the best suggestion with all the things I have. It’s always clean and they’re more than accommodating. I’m here today because of course I lost my key and left my only spares in the unit. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to safely store there things for a short or long period of time

This place looks small from the street (not the case at all!) so it took me some time of driving by to actually stop in and see what they have to offer. Now that I'm a customer I wish I would've came so much sooner. Staff is AWESOME very friendly and helpful! Didn't make us feel stupid or that we were wasting their time by asking questions and trying to figure out what size unit fits our needs. Can't wait for a dump station and wash area for campers then I will bring that over here also. Again a clean facility and a staff that makes you feel comfortable and is very helpful.

We moved cross country to Vacaville, knowing that our household goods would have to go into storage before we arrived. Our son found Self Storage of Vacaville, met Michelle, toured the facility and called to say how impressed he was. Michelle found us two large climate controlled units adjacent to each other. They worked with us long distance, and when the moving truck arrived coordinated the unloading of our possessions into the two units. If I could rate this location with more stars I would. Such great staff, friendly, helpful, and the units are clean and have state-of-the-art protection systems built in. When you open your door, and LED light comes on so you can see inside your unit. Each unit is visible in a security camera system monitored 24/7. Each unit has a break detector so if someone breaks in, security is notified immediately. Every one that gains access to the facility has to type in a code and is catalogued. They even have personal that live onsite for added security! All-in-all, you couldn't ask for a better storage unit!

Oh my gosh!! I don’t know if I have the right words to describe our experience at Self Service of Vacaville! This place is simply AMAZING!! Everything about this place from the cleanliness, to the state of the art security system, to the automatic lights and music in the hallways!! And heck, I haven’t even gotten to the service yet! When I called, I spoke with Michelle. She was so kind and patient on the phone with me. You would think that’s supposed to be normal but not so much nowadays. She answered all my questions and then offered more information that I didn’t even think of to ask. Then when we got there, we dealt with Matthew. Holy moly, could he have been anymore patient and accommodating?! So easy to work with!and just a great guy. We’re a small nonprofit and every little penny helps! So what did Matt do? He called his manager Jo, to help us out. And you know what, they did!!! As far as managers go, Jo and Lindsey take the cake! I have to say, if you need to store anything, you would be silly not to check with them FIRST!! Incredible service and great staff!! Plus, they have awesome discounts but really go for some good ol’ fashion customer service because you don’t get it like that too much anymore.

This is my first month with them and from the moment I drove up I was already happy. Clean and safe with very helpful staff. Michelle was sure to explain everything I needed to know in a very efficient pace since I was on my way to work. I called this place because of the climate controlled rooms. I got Lindsay on the phone, my car was literally loaded and ready to drop off. Lindsay answered all my questions and had me ready to go in minutes. It couldn’t have been easier or Lindsay more helpful. I recommend them both highly!!

I met Jo (manager) this morning and she was super sweet and very helpful with opening the gate to allow my movers through. My family and I are apart of the Camp fire victims and have lost our home in Magalia, Ca, we have been receiving donations which are a huge blessing but beings we are staying at my moms we are short on room and need storage. We didn't have to look very far because the staff and owners at Self Storage of Vacaville listened to our story and helped us out immensely by giving us a payment of 0 for 6 months. The owners and the staff of this establishment have enormous hearts and we greatly appreciate the enormous gift they have given us! I have an awesome experience with this newly opened self-storage facility on Leisure Town Road. This beautiful and clean facility has the state of the art design and technology such as password-enabled security gates and security cameras. You got to check it out! The manager and staff are top-notch. They know the facility operations from top to bottom. But most of all, they treat you as a family. They assisted me all the way during the rental process. They always greeted with a smile every time I check my stuff in the storage. Also, the facility has everything I need for storage needs - moving supplies and locks. Why need to go to another store when I have everything I need in this facility. Self Storage of Vacaville is a great facility. I highly recommend it for your storage needs!
