Facility Description
After searching 'Self Storage Westminster' you found us, US Storage Centers. Welcome! Our self-storage facility here in Westminster, California has a large selection of storage units ranging in size from 4’ x 5’ up to 12’ x 35’, and climate controlled storage units are also available. The facility is a structure built with concrete and steel. This modern property is clean, well lit and the aisles and storage unit doors are wide, making for easy loading and unloading. Both indoor and drive up storage units are available. Large elevators and large flat carts are available to make your move easier.
All of the lights inside our facility are on motion sensors. Most of the other storage facilities in this area have light timers set at either end of their hallways, and folks at those locations are often left in the dark within a short time.

Facility Features
24-hour video recording, keypad entry and exits. We also have wide gates and tenants must enter a PIN when accessing the property. This location features alarmed units, and the steel doors have cylinder locks.
Professional Managers
Our team has nearly two decades of experience in the self-storage industry. We love to take customers on tours of the facility to show them the storage units. Most tenants have a lot of questions about self storage because they haven’t used storage before, and we’re more than happy to help our customers find the best solution for their needs.
Not long ago, we received a call from an individual looking to store some of their company’s inventory. She said that none of the other storage companies she called had enough room for a semi-truck to access the property. We told her that the truck would easily fit on our property and that we had some easily accessible 10’ x 30’ storage units. The customer was pleased with our facility features and decided to rent the storage unit. When she told us more about the inventory they needed to store, we recommended reserving a second storage unit to fit everything, and it turned out they did need the extra storage unit when the first delivery arrived. The customer has thanked us numerous times for making their move super easy.
Convenient Location
The major cross streets near us (we’re located on Edwards Street) are Westminster Boulevard and Bolsa Avenue. We’re located next to Best Buy and Westminster Mall. The 405 freeway runs along our northeast border. Westminster High School, Buckingham Park, and Willmore Elementary School are just east of us on the other side of the 405 freeway.

Facility Products
To help with your move, we sell boxes (sized small - x-large). We also have wardrobe boxes, packing tape, tape dispensers, mattress covers, bubble wrap, picture moving kits, disc locks, and brass padlocks.
Free Move-In Truck
Customers can use our free move-in truck which features a built-in ramp and tie down straps. You get the first 50 miles free of charge. All you need to do is reserve a time and day to use the truck.
Our Community
Westminster was founded on shared ideals of cooperation, industry, character, and temperance. Things aren’t much different today, except today you can find a drink whenever you need one. Three out of four isn’t so bad. Our ideals of cooperation between business, government, and volunteers even caused us to be named an “All-America City” in 1996.
Amidst earthquakes and floods, Westminster has stuck together through it all. Our cooperation in the midst of tragedy must be obvious to everybody, since when 40,000 Vietnamese refugees were looking for a place to settle, Westminster became their choice. “Little Saigon” in Westminster is now the best place to get a great bowl of Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup).
For nature lovers, Westminster is right next door to Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge. Monthly and special tours are available that allow you to enjoy the refuge without disturbing the wildlife.

Not the greatest pick of storage places , not the most secure either. And I am a Grandfathered in renter and I receive no discounts or perks of any kind . I have had a unit with them for nearly 17+ year's and they raise my rent seems like every 3 months . Just make sure you have your own lock and one that can't be bolt cutted off .

Very secure place
Was moving some old stuff from a previous storage space, and Martin helped my dad and I out a lot. When we had questions, he provided concise answers and when we were struggling to move all our stuff, he helped us out by bringing us another flatbed.

The front desk was really nice and helpful and answered all my questions! Do want to note that the monthly payments start on the first of the month instead of when you get the storage, therefore any additional time is prorated.

I highly recommend this facility. Only annoying part is they cut the access hours! Use to be, 6.00 am until 9.00 pm. You were able to go in before work or after work. Now with 8.00am till 7.00pm has really cut my ability to do more of my on line sorting, posting, inventory, ect. Because of the limited hours, it's hard for most people to fork out the monthly fees. Other wise, they keep it clean, the restroom is clean and accessible, only when there is a person in the office. Don't try to get out a min late, it will cost you an extra $50 bucks.

I love this place! Kevin & Jhenny have been super helpful, courteous and kind. They let me use their truck to move all my items from another storage place to here, only having to pay for gas. This place has great security and is very clean. They made my move a pleasant experience and I am happy to be here! The prices are very reasonable, and there's even good music playing!! Considering how poorly I was treated at Extra Space Storage after 14 years I am just stunned at the difference here. I cannot recommend US Storage more highly 😁😁😁

I have been with US Storage Centers Westminster since 2012. I love this facility. The indoor units are climate-controlled; even in heat waves it’s cool inside. It’s very clean, the elevators always work, there are always carts available, and the staff, especially William, are professional and helpful! When my storage needs changed, the manager, Kevin, helped me come up with the perfect solution. Whenever I have needed anything, they are responsive and friendly. Access hours are great! It’s conveniently located near the freeway. They even provide moving trucks. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Five does not seem like enough!

I just moved here from out of town and really needed an nice clean indoor storage facility. I went to a couple of places around town but the staff there didn’t have what I needed and weren’t friendly. I came here and William was so courteous and extremely helpful. Easy to find, right next to West mall. Kevin was extremely helpful and personable, over phone and in person. He even managed to get me a discount as a first time renter, which guarantees that I'll keep going back. Lots of units, lots of sizes.
Only real problem was it was hard to find information online.
They also have a large variety of moving supplies, I did not partake in them but they seem reasonably priced.
Only issue for me personally is gate hours are 6am to 855 pm (only because it closes at EXACTLY 9pm, so beware of that too). I work odd hours, so better hours would be appreciated, but hey, I'll take what I can get.

I just called this company looking for a 10X12 and I spoke to an employee by the name of Lydia. She was very polite and had a lot of patients. Her customer service skills was awesome. I was very convinced with the price and amenities that they have to offer. I don’t mind paying a little extra for a company that I can relay on. I dealt with public storage in the past and they didn’t offer me a movers truck!

This is a great storage facility. The customer service is top notch. They really go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Angel is really an Angel too. She is happy to help in any way she can. I highly recommend this place.

This storage facility is A+!
Modern, clean, well lit, well maintained, interior lighting (on timer), fire sprinklers inside unit.
I needed a LARGE drive-up unit with a wide & tall door opening, & this facility had multiple units (10'x25' & larger) with higher door openings (8') than the industry norm of approx 6.5', & these also have an 8' width door opening.
I selected a 12'x25' unit (they only have a few units that are this size or larger) & this had an even WIDER door opening, which made my access super easy.
"Kevin" was very friendly & professional.
& they even offered me a promotional discount on my move-in that saves me significant $$ for my short-term storage need.
Highly recommended!! :-)

I am a longtime occupant with several units. The facility is very clean. The managers are very helpful and very friendly to deal with. Anna deserves kudos for her friendly approach and attention to detail both in the office and condition of the property. The manager, Kevin goes the extra mile to maintain quality, long term occupants. They both make a top notch team that makes one look forward to their friendly greetings when on the property. Rents are competitive especially for the atmosphere and condition of the units and common area.

Not sure why Yelp deems my review "not recommended" but it is on the Yelp review site, if you click Reviews Not Recommended. In any case, it's too bad, because from what I've seen, I disagree with the negative reviews. So far, my experience has been anything but negative. I don't know about any of the other staff but I got Ariana and she was wonderful. Made my sudden need for a storage facility a lot easier and painless than it could of been. In addition, I lucked out and got in just in time for a special they were running. The place itself is nice, modern and clean and strong protocols are in place to protect your stuff. I think I made a good choice: good service, clean, fairly priced and safe!

Keli, the Manager and her Assistant Arianna were a great help with getting my things packed up and prepared to ship across the Country!! I moved from California to Wisconsin in June of 2006. I never thought the things I put into Storage would be there for 10 years, but they were. And while alll of the employees of US Storage were always courteous and helpful, it was Keli & Arianna that really stepped up when it came time to get everything shipped. I have two units here and have been here renting here going on two years now and i wouldnt have it any other way. No other storage can compete unless they have a kellie and dave. They make my job sooo much easier and are always there for me. Countless times they have bent over backwards for me and made sure i was happy and satisfied. i look forward to going there everyday and seeing thier faces and smiles. They both go above and beyond. recently, kellie has been filling in managment position and she has done such a wonderful great job! I really apreciate all she does for me! They make my experience with storage 10 plus stars!
Fantastic customer service by Ariana. The facility security is very good, and secure. The security camera system is high quality. So if anyone not belonging inside will be clearly caught on camera. Inside storage rooms are very clean and the doors operate smoothly. The climate control system is a huge plus, so no need to worry on those hot days, if you valuable items. I feel secure having my personal items secure at US Storage in Westminster Ca.
Great service very flexible and prices are reasonable and even let me use a truck to move my stuff in for practacly nothing.

My girlfriend and I walked in last minute to try and find a reasonable storage unit. Craig who was working, helped us and he was extremely helpful. He was very busy but made time to show us units and find what we needed. When one unit didn't work out, he did everything he could to help us out. He found us something that was in our price range and what we wanted. He stayed until almost 7pm to help us. He had great customer service and we could tell that he really was trying to go the extra mile for us. We would rent again here in a heartbeat. The facility was very clean and every customer that walked in, Craig greeted them with respect and was very friendly to not only us but everyone.

I have little experience with storage facilities so I have no basis for comparison, but the facility seems high-quality. Security is good, and the units are clean, dry, and cool (important in SoCal.) I do find the daily hours of operation somewhat limiting, but that may just be a personal problem. Personnel are very friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 pay-by-phone is VERY helpful. I just want to say how exceptional my customer service experience was that US storage yesterday. Moving is such a hectic time, I not only felt secure with my belongings in their facility, but i'm positive that I got the best deal possible and was even tipped off to some shadiness with our moving company. Right on. It was really comforting during this transition period in my life to know that someone cares. Hopefully I never find myself here again, but that's not saying that they don't deserve return business. Maybe I'll just keep some empty boxes thereso I have an excuse to come say hi LOL just kidding. really, great experience though. thank you so much

i have been a long term customer at this storage facility, I have been storing my classic car there and seeing the unit is totally enclosed and all concrete and steel there is a very little dust concentration on my car i also love the fact that the unit door has a built in alarm, the office staff is very professional and easy going i would highly recommend US storage centers
US Storage Centers was able to meet my storage needs beyond expected. I have a 10x10 storage unit inside with easy access. There are free push carts available to transport my stuff. The facility is clean and the managers are very friendly and helpful. (David and Keli)

I've had a storage unit here at USSC Westminster for several years now and would not go anywhere else. I recommend this place to all my friends. The unit is convenient and easy to access. They have storage carts that make moving the items from the car to the unit a breeze. The office staff is always super friendly and go out of their way to be friendly. Dave has helped me out a few times when I've lost my storage key. And Keli is a joy to talk to! :) I highly recommend Us Storage Centers Westminster!
