After searching 'Self Storage Westminster' you found us, US Storage Centers. Welcome! Our self-storage facility here in Westminster, California has a large selection of storage units ranging in size from 4’ x 5’ up to 12’ x 35’, and climate controlled storage units are also available. The facility is a structure built with concrete and steel. Each storage unit has a steel roll up door with an alarm. This modern property is clean, well lit and the aisles and storage unit doors are wide, making for easy loading and unloading. Both indoor and drive up storage units are available. Large elevators and large flat carts are available to make your move easier.
All of the lights inside our facility are on motion sensors. Most of the other storage facilities in this area have light timers set at either end of their hallways, and folks at those locations are often left in the dark within a short time.

Facility Features
24-hour video recording, keypad entry and exits, and individually alarmed units are just part of our package. We also have wide gates and tenants must enter a PIN when accessing the property. Each storage unit is individually alarmed, and the steel doors have cylinder locks.

Our team has nearly two decades of experience in the self-storage industry. We love to take customers on tours of the facility to show them the storage units. Most tenants have a lot of questions about self storage because they haven’t used storage before, and we’re more than happy to help our customers find the best solution for their needs.
Not long ago, we received a call from an individual looking to store some of their company’s inventory. She said that none of the other storage companies she called had enough room for a semi-truck to access the property. We told her that the truck would easily fit on our property and that we had some easily accessible 10’ x 30’ storage units. The customer was pleased with our facility features and decided to rent the storage unit. When she told us more about the inventory they needed to store, we recommended reserving a second storage unit to fit everything, and it turned out they did need the extra storage unit when the first delivery arrived. The customer has thanked us numerous times for making their move super easy.

The major cross streets near us (we’re located on Edwards Street) are Westminster Boulevard and Bolsa Avenue. We’re located next to Best Buy and Westminster Mall. The 405 freeway runs along our northeast border. Westminster High School, Buckingham Park, and Willmore Elementary School are just east of us on the other side of the 405 freeway.

To help with your move, we sell boxes (sized small - x-large). We also have wardrobe boxes, packing tape, tape dispensers, mattress covers, bubble wrap, picture moving kits, disc locks, and brass padlocks.
Free Move-In Truck
Customers can use our free move-in truck which features a built-in ramp and tie down straps. You get the first 50 miles free of charge. All you need to do is reserve a time and day to use the truck.
Our Community

Space is good. But office closed twice on day I was there. The will be back does not cut it. Came back and new time to wait. You are saving on help versus customer service!

My experience was bittersweet. I arrived to find the office closed during open hours. I believe this was due to the fact that only one person was on site. I found that the number of carts was insufficient to service your customers on site. The directions to find your unit were below par and confusing.
I recommend that you have more than one person on site so that each can take breaks as needed and required by law, that the maps on each floor be updated and that the carts be increased for customer use.

Poor experience. I had put in a reservation for the truck 4 days in advance. When we went to get the truck there was no reservation for me and they had rented the truck out to someone else. And did nothing to help accommodate us. Leaving us to scramble to find a truck rental elsewhere.

My interaction with your site manager, Steven was so unpalatable that I decided to not move in. He had zero regard for what had been agreed upon with the sale persons that had helped me over the phone and who had made notes on my account before taking payment. Steven said my refund would be issued the day of 10/22/23 and it still hasn’t been refunded. If it isn’t refunded today I will voice this portion of my negative experience on Yelp again. My paperwork was never processed so I do expect a full refund. If I am to receive my full refund before EOD I will leave a favorable review about how US storage’s upper management stepped in to repair what a despondent employee had provoked for no logical reason whatsoever. And I do keep my word as a matter of honor.

I am not happy about the "protection plan fee" since i am currently paying a separate renters insurance fee. I signed a contract with US storage for $50 dollars a month, and afterwards was told i have to pay $70. It seems this is just one more clever way for a corporation to steal money from hard working people

Thinking outside the box win-win situation for both of us if you could sell me the cylinder locks at wholesale I will replace them when Home Depot delivers them June 26th. Or I can order Amazon Prime and replace them for you for a loan of three cylinder locks for three lockers. I will be happy to buy wholesale since they only cost under five bucks and I will rent a total of five if not more storage units from you. Give me a discount to make it work since I don't have time to fool around I really have to go back to my client tomorrow at noon so as early as you can call me and communicate with me I can have my friend and myself reorganize the storage units so they will have a lock on them. Or other option you can let me use your latch so I can use a conventional lock without the cylinder as you do yourself. Why should I bear the expense when you want to make money which is your right but I have the option to save money also until I get my own. It's up to you I won't have a day off next week unless it's an emergency. Leave without pay is not an option 88 year old man cannot walk to use the restroom and his irritable unable to pee. Not well at all the person working at the westminster us storage on Edward's Street in California would not say about getting a refund back to my visa credit card and took all three of the keys from. Me I paid up until the end of July and I hot the US storage in early April I called the center and they said I would get my money back but the man told me nothing at the westminster us storage and was really rude.

Well I paid for my storage unit online and was told that I'd be able to use the truck and get my unit on November 10th but when I went there they were closed. I wasn't able to do either one and that was the day I wasn't busy. I wish there was more coordination between the store and the call center. Every time we go to the storage there is no one in the office when we need them. The last time we were there at 11:30 am. The carts were locked up. There was no one in the office when we went to get the key so we had to carry all of our things to our storage unit. This happens every time we go there. One time was at 1:00 and we waited until 1:30 but no one showed up even though we had an appointment for 1:00. Maybe you should put your lunch time on the card and stick to it. It seems to be different every day.

Climate control isn't cold enough. We work out of our storage unit. And carts are usually locked up after office hours and in the AM the storage opens up at 6AM & the employee doesn't get there til 9AM. So you can't use the carts

First I reserved a 7x15 and moved in, I came from a 10x10 100sf. A 7x15 105sf.well my things do not fit into the unit, so I checked, you gave me a 6x14. 84sf.i need a 100sf and this is messing me up because I have to pay my other storage because I cannot fit it in a 6x14.i have no where to put my things.
The second issue is I have asked your onsite manager to give me a copy of my contract that has the second address name and phone number. Before I initialed the contract isaid I want to give second address he said he will do it afterwards, he said the initials in question are for the section above being correct. Okay but it isn't that box is for voluntary not giving 2nd address. He asked me for the info I gave it . Well I'm still waiting for a contract with all that showing . At this point I have no rights under self Storage act. I need these issues corrected

Coming from south coast as tired of certain staff making it useless to peruse any new options .numerous attempts made.
I just give up . Customer service is optional after u sign up.
I know I see this all the time with staff living on properties,spoiling them .
Again can’t use them for customer service .and support is no joy after Nuer attempts.

But the overall dust is nothing like south coast clean .
This location need to serious cleaning . Not for staff to do.
Otherwise I would be happy but the dust I get to keep is too much.

Great experience with Raul! Friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating. He was superb at answering all my questions.
I thought I had to get a larger unit after signing a lease for an 8 x 10 unit. I was in a panic when I called about it. But Raul contacted me straight away to let me know what options I had available to me. I didn't need it after all, but he followed up with me with regards to it. He also followed up with me to make sure I sent in my proof of insurance so I wouldn't pay extra for the storage unit. The follow up is so appreciated as I've been busy juggling work, as well as the move. But Raul called repeatedly and I so appreciate the attention and effort he took!

Kevin was very thorough and informative when signing me and my husband up for a unit. He had crunched all the numbers and had the final cost and guidelines ready to go over with us before we even checked the unit out, which was refreshing! We even threw a wrench in the works and ended up renting an additional unit. He handled our request without a hitch and got us a great deal. Even when the computers system started giving him trouble back at the office he didn't let it stop him from getting his job done! He handled the roadblock with professionalism and we were out of there within 25 mins with 2 new units ready to move in:)

I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service provided to me over the phone and in person. I met with Kevin and he was most helpful in answering all my questions and took the time to negate all my anxieties about the size of the storage unit I would need by personally showing me all the units available to me. This was the easiest and hassle free process in my entire move.
What stood out most was the level of safety he practiced while dealing with myself and all visitors to the office during this pandemic. He implemented all the protocols listed on the company website & posted signs in the office.
I would recommend this facility to anyone without hesitation.

Kevin, the local manager, was friendly, answered my questions, and very helpful in viewing the property and setting up the contract. The property was clean and I saw no evidence of bugs. I had been to two other locations of public storage and nicked them due to attitude and lack of cleanliness.

My experience with this company was excellent! From the initial phone contact, where everything was easily set up, to the follow through regarding paper work and seeing the location of the unit. Angel in uniform, conducts her self in a professional manner assuring me I will always be treated well. Having rented a space before at you location - approx. 8 years ago - was very happy with your place * I needed a small storage place this time - but 5 X 5 was the smallest available * - would have preferred a smaller unit - but your place is good location - and very clean
a 4 X 4 would have been better fit for me .....and cheaper too

My experience with this facility is good. Kevin is professional as well as his staff. The property is clean and well maintained and has sufficient carts for any type storage needs. Parking is a little tight for loading and unloading during high traffic times but is sufficient as well, most of the time.

The facility is clean, staff are polite and friendly. Others renting storage units have told me that this facility is quite safe, which is good to hear. Other renters have also been polite and courteous. On occasion, I have not been able to find a moving cart - my only complaint so far. I would certainly recommend this storage facility to others.

This place was so great!! Kevin, the property manager, was unbelievably helpful for us!! We got there right before they closed and he took care of us like he had all the time in the world!! The storage place seems very safe and Kevin let us know all the complete features of the property! Great and safe location, and very reasonable prices as well! I love that I have my own code to the gate and the hours they are open make it very convenient for my schedule! Kevin was very quick with the whole process and made things very simple and easy for me with the whole storage process! Super easy to find, right off the highway! I love their prices, best in the area and best customer service I could definitely find! If you're looking for a place to store your stuff, look no further because you've found the place! It was a great experience. The storage facility was always clean. Everyone was always friendly when I had questions. I loved the hours to access my stuff. My stuff stayed really clean and in good shape while I had my unit. I no longer needed my unit since we know had our own garage.

When we had my entire trust account stolen by a close family member and couldn't pay for our storage rent for 3 months and it was going to be sold at auction and there was nothing that was going to save us from loosing everything else we had in this world...Along came Kevin, the manager of the storage facility, and all I can say is that miracles do happen cause it happened to us! Our stuff didn't get sold. Nobody could explain how it happened, but I'm putting the blame on Kevin, he is why our stuff was saved. We still haven't been able to figure out how he hides his wings so well. This is the best place to store anything you value in life! We've used many storage places over the past 25 years and none of them even can compare to the kind of personal care that you will experience here. This is a unexpected return trip for me, to be honest. The place I rented turned out to have major issues (no hot water, for one) that had been hidden from me, and though it was a farther destination from that place (and therefore more expensive mileage wise on the rental truck) when the closer, more convenient space rental didn't pan out, I remembered how nicely I had been treated by Kevin Paul and Arianna in my first experience. I went there with a truck filled with stuff, with no appointment and, lucked out on a 1st floor rental. Kevin took very good care of me. In fact, I gave US Storage a shout out and a credit in a video package that was created to document evidence of the issues from the residence I was forced to suddenly move from. While the video is a parody of AMERICAN HORROR STORY, the issues and video evidence were not staged.
