Exactly what I needed for the bed bugs. Almost always they have not been a full fledged or ending up without the card no points and what points they showed I could get $4.00.

Price is far too high. There's often homeless drug addicts in the parking lot. Not sure about the last couple months but there's been an ongoing german roach problem in the downstairs bathroom.

Manager and staff were great. Like most storage facilities, once you pay and move in-that have you and the monthly fees keep going up. My girl Ann is a two time stroke victim, and has a service dog. They would not allow him into the storage building. Thus I close out my account!

Prices constantly changing ad hoc, at least keep them consistent annually. We had 1 to 5 units depending upon dates.
Homeless appeared to be living inside units
Roaches were in the hallways
Outside security lights at night never worked, posing a real security risk especially with what appeared like vagrants on the property at night
Security cameras have never worked fully and recognized by office staff
Overall, we went there for secure storage, it was not secure at all even with the multi factor security on site, it was bypassed and not utilized. I was not comfortable having my wife go to our multiple storage units by herself due to the lack if security

1. The storage is overpriced.
2. I cannot use the steps instead of the elevator unless I have someone with me to open the door from the inside.
3. The manager told me that prices usually did not exceedc$10. 00, then after they went up $30.00 after the first six months he said that he would have never said that.
I am going to get out of us storage ad soon as I can.

Very unhappy about the large rate increase and the fact that no letter was mailed to us notifying us of the change. Something as important as this should be a paper notification and not just an email. Not everyone looks at emails constantly and I assumed it was just a receipt for our payment. Very poor customer service for sure.
I will say all those who work at this location are very nice people.
Why would you be raising your rates to be comparable to your competition? That make no sense. Are you trying to get people to leave?
The increase is way too high is way too high, very unhappy and may consider leaving when I have the time to do so. We are long term renters and planned to be there for another year.

I am very pleased with the facility and staff overall but do not like the recent price increase. I was offered a special rate if I committed to at least two years. I plan on continuing to rent a unit for the next five years and since the increase I have to consider leaving your facility. If you are able to offer me a multiple year contract to get the old rate, I would gladly commit!

I like it. New construction. I don’t like that I already have a rent increase. Hopefully those are few and far between. I’d appreciate a bit cooler air because I work in my unit moving things and sorting things sometimes but overall I like it.

The office staff is friendly , knowledable and follow safety standards. My unit is easy to get into, the building is clean. My only suggestion is a sanitizing area at the entrance where you can clean the handle of the 4 wheel trolley provided at the entrance.

I've already told a neighbor about it. The place I just moved from had a bug problem, smelled weird and I believe homeless people were keeping their belongings there. They also recently lost power for an entire week, and refused to bring a large generator in, so that people could get to their belongings. The women who work at US Storage are great. The only observation that I've made is that the carts need brakes. They are an accident waiting to happen. I either have to place something by the wheel, jam it under my SUV or keep a foot on it to keep it from rolling away while I'm loading it.

The staff are amazing, very kind, and they followed up really well on my reservation.
We love how new and clean the storage unit is.
And the only complaint is two of out two times we went to put things in storage the gate was not functional :-(.
