Our self storage units are climate controlled, giving our tenants the peace of mind that their items are kept in top shape all year round.

Our storage units are drive-up accessible, making it convenient to go from your vehicle to your storage unit in no time. The passenger elevators and moving carts make it easy for our tenants to maneuver throughout our facility. We have boxes and moving supplies available to help keep your storage unit neat and organized.

Our electronic gate can only be accessed by tenants who receive a specific PIN code. The whole property has 24/7 video recording.

Our Clearwater location is the perfect place to store your RVs and boats during the off-season. Our outdoor spaces are uncovered and 40 feet in length, making them easily accessible to accommodate nearly any sized recreational vehicle. Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

A. Yes! We offer special pricing and promotions for new storage customers such as one month 50% off. You can find our promotions by searching our unit selection above. Each promotion can be found next to the unit pricing and amenities.

Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?

A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

Q. Can I stop by the facility to view the storage units?

A. Come by our facility during office hours and our professional staff will be more than happy to give you a complimentary tour of the facility and answer any questions you may have about our units.

Let me tell you I read the reviews first and I was SOLD. I came myself and babyyy they are amazing. I was greeted by Mr. James walking in and Ms. Sandy gave me a tour and the whole run down concerning the storage so much so I didn't have to ask any questions, I honestly thought she was reading my mind because when I would get ready to ask she would already be addressing it. The Customer Service is TOP TIER!!!! and I'm really big on that. Oh might I add how clean and refreshing the storage is OMG!!!! The air is even pure!!! The atmosphere doesn't feel like other storages it feels safe and like family. Thank you for an exceptional encounter and experience it is very rare nowadays. Beyond Satisfied!!!

First of all I want to thank my neighbors for telling me about this place. It has to be one of if not the cleanest storage facilities I have ever worked with and they even have a public restroom. I highly recommend US Storage Center on Myrtle Ave in Clearwater. In addition to a clean secure, well lit facility, I found excellent customer service. One one visit I did not lock the storage unit correctly. Later that day I received notice that it was not secured. I find it reassuring that in addition to numerous security cameras, they are diligent in walking through to make sure everything is secure. To me, this adds an invaluable layer of customer service and security. James and staff are always available to address even the smallest question.

Update from a year ago, when I moved in. This is the best storage facility I've ever used, and I've used at least 3 of the other biggest chains over the years!! A year in the service and help from Sandy and James in the office is exemplary! It's clean and safe and easy to access, and there are two extremely clean bathrooms on my floor. Never had that in any other storage facility and the prices here at US Storage are WAY better on top of that!!! 1ST POST 1 YEAR AGO: I moved in and it went really well! There were enough carts available, it was a smooth move in, The space is clean, the people are super friendly, there is a super clean bathroom on the floor where my unit is. Boy is that ever needed at 9 PM or whenever off office hours. The prices are very good. I'm super happy I rented here. James and Sandy, who run the office, are great!!!

I was a walk-in unfamiliar with US Storage. I met Sandra and James. They were very kind and helpful. I ended up getting 2 parking spaces at the Clearwater location. Sandy at US Storage in Clearwater is a super duper employee - so friendly and helpful booking and showing me my unit. The facility is super clean and well kept because Sandy takes good care of it…I saw her with the cleaning cart on my way out one day.

Easy process, clean facility, well lit, and comfortably air conditioned. On a side note, Sandy made me forget I was actually doing storage paperwork she made me feel like I was home ahah I’m serious!!! She offered me a bottle of water and then asked me if I wanted it room temp or refrigerated and then wished me a happy belated birthday that was a week ago. Literally such a nice lady, y’all lucky to have her on your team.

Great place to storage your stuff. The Staff is great, I think that's the best thing about here. Also make sure about what are you going to be charge for, there is a couple of hidden fees, so feel free to ask before renting. Regardless of that, I can recommend this place, camera around, very clean and organized, and decent prices.

I was checked in by Sandra Graninger, an assistant property manager, and she was very sweet and helped me and my friend get a very nice unit that was on the ground floor close to the entrance. I wasn't thrilled with all the add ons that ended up costing me $45 dollars over the price I was given on line, but as far as great customer service, Sandra was awesome.

Very nice, clean and air conditioned facility. Rodney that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. My only "complaint" is that there is almost too much security. Not only do you need to enter your code at the gate and at the door, you also have to use it every time you go up the elevator. And it's every time you open the door as well. If you are by yourself and making multiple trips in and out from a truck it is very tiresome. Also, the parking lot is pitched away from the building, so your loaded carts will want to roll away from you, especially when you're holding it with one hand while trying to type in your code. So bring a friend to help, or if you're like me and don't have any in this state, hire some help 😄
