Wellswood. This is our own neighborhood. We're on Hillsborough Ave in the middle of Wellswood, so for anyone here it's a few blocks rather than a drive.

Riverside Heights. Just southeast of us along the Hillsborough River, Riverside Heights reaches us with a short run up N Boulevard to Hillsborough Ave, then west to the gate.

Plaza Terrace. Southwest of us near Raymond James Stadium, just east of N Himes Ave and N Dale Mabry Hwy, Plaza Terrace is a short trip up to W Hillsborough Ave and then east to our door.

Seminole Heights. The Florida Ave and Nebraska Ave bungalow district sits across the river to the east, and Hillsborough Ave connects it straight to us with one river crossing.

Egypt Lake-Leto. Northwest of us around N Himes Ave and Waters Ave, reached by heading south on Himes to Hillsborough Ave and a short distance east.

Lowry Park (Central and North). North along the Hillsborough River near ZooTampa, the Lowry Park neighborhoods come down to us via N Boulevard or N Armenia Ave to Hillsborough Ave. Both are an easy trip for a climate-controlled unit close to home.
