Micheal was awesome to call me quickly after I made my reservation. He was professional, upbeat, thorough and helpful. I got a better bargin than I had hoped. I'm was very happy with my space so rented a second as well. They were clean (even the outdoor unit), there are plenty of carts, the elevators work great and the keypads are easy to use. I've been here more often than I had planned to be due to an impromptu downsize. Regardless of the day or time he remains the professional, knowledgeable and friendly face on the grounds. I definitely feel good about having both my belongings and additional vehicle storage here while I travel out of town. I also know to expect continued expert service when I get back. I'm glad I went with this facility over my other options and plan on being a long term customer!

Michael helped me with finding the perfect storage unit for me. I truly suggest this storage unit!

Well, day one of booking with Michael has gone well given I dropped the ball with signing the contract with the online reservations. He was able to find me in the system and move forward. I still don’t understand why the contract doesn’t reflect the special price. Anyway, prior to my arrival he called to remind me to stop by before end of day and check into my unit. When I arrived he was helping another client and did so professionally, patiently, and as quickly as possible to include contacting management to assist with translation. He walked me to my unit after my lock was approved then welcomed me to my experience with them. Although I am booked for 3 months I hope to have a shorter stay. 10/29 Was here today to get storage set up after reserving online. Not sure who helped me but think Daniel. This guy is SO patience as he had another customer call while helping me who was inquiring about another person's storage that had already been auctioned off. This person was going in circles and obviously belittling him for not contacting her about the unit. Well, she was not on the lease and he had to keep telling her that he wouldn't call her if she's not on the lease. The patience he had with her was amazing and lets me know that I will get good service here and so will you!

US storage just took over from Life Storage, Sally is currently running this facility and is very efficient and always available for questions. They have both climate control units as well as drive up. They are accessible from 6am to 10 pm and the entire place is very clean.

I've been a Life Storage member for over 2 years and Adrian is by far the best manager/employee yet. He is kind, calm and collective. Plus, his customer service skills is out of this world. In fact, once I heard he moved from Columbus location to Hillsborough, I moved with him. Yes, moving is hassle but I made the move to ensure I continue to get the best quality service. Love this guy!

Had my things here for about 2 to 3 years, and the staff was always amazing and friendly. The last staffember that was here for me was Christina Oliva and she was so so sweet, and always made me feel welcome. It was time for me to get things out of storage and she made the process so easy. Her coworker Lula was also amazing and so sweet as well. Had a good experience, at this Life Storage and a previous one, which makes me a life long customer. I just hope they find a way to reduce the price because paying 210$ for a 10 by 10 is still pretty outrageous for me. That money was pretty precious and I could have saved a lot for the future which dearly would have helped me. But the service is always very very good.

This storage site is clean, spacious, cool and secure. Christine and Giselle were a joy to talk too...the ladies explained everything in terms I could understand and appreciate. The elevator is nice and spacious with more than enough platform trucks to go around. Easy move in access with high tech security giving peace of mind your belongings are totally secure.

Was looking for summer storage for college student. Looked at many places and even made a reservation at a competitor. The other place was so difficult to deal with that I cancelled and found this one. There was a mistake in the original online reservation, but it was cleared up quickly and easily after they called me (repeat, they called me, i didn't have to track them down.) Awesome service, friendly and helpful in the store. Brand new, clean, etc. Can't recommend any higher

Modern new facility that’s extremely clean. Easy access and convenient main road access. Check in and set up was a breeze and management was very helpful. This is my second Life Storage rental and will now only use them for all of my storing needs!
