Mike is one of the most personable, and no-nonsense professionals my wife and I ever met. He was very helpful explaining how the storage unit business works and what we could expect for pricing in the future. Very genuine and transparent. He and his team keep the facility clean and most of all: THEY ARE AVAILABLE… IMAGINE THAT! We just moved from another storage facility company that was only open twice a week, and you couldn’t even get anyone on the phone to make any changes. If you are tired of the empty promises (bait and switch) and not being able to get a hold of someone when you need to, we strongly recommend US Storage in Clermont. You will not be disappointed. Well, it started with a phone call and I spoke to Ashley, who is very good and informative on the phone and it made me come here my conversation with her so I had already decided that I was going to get a unit here and that’s after checking many many many places But this is the only one I actually came to and I like the location I like the orientation of my unit, the sun doesn’t shine into it, which is really cool. The last place I was at the sun was brutal and it was shining right inside. My last place did have 24 hour access Which I’m gonna have to get used to not having that and I did have access to electrical and I don’t have that here at least not where I’m at. The unit is 10 x 15 like what I had but it’s much taller. The door is easy to open and shut because it’s been very well taken care of The unit was very clean inside and outside as it is very clean as well. I’m kind of like around back, which is what I wanted at my last place my last place he had me to where everybody had to pass by me and I was at my unit a lot. I sell things online in at the flea market so at the flea market I have to be there by 4 AM when they open the gates really I have to be there by 3 AM so I can maintain getting a good spot and I would usually leave. I would get last-minute items together and leave my storage unit and show up there at the flea market at three, and because they close at 10 here, it’s gonna be an adjustment But I’m sure I’m sure it’ll work out and I don’t know it just feels really nice over here the other place was on the highway and I would hear people racing cars and motorcycles up and down the street like all the time I mean, it didn’t matter what time a day or night there was a race going on and police cars and stuff like that over here it’s very quiet so far I’m hoping a 10 x 20 will open up and that would be nice but this is this is good for right now and I’m I’m hoping that sales go up more and I can sell more of the stuff that I have It was hard to concentrate when I was posting things online at the other location. I think this is gonna be much better and I and I have trees in front of me and I’m like right by a fence, which is really cool where I was at. it was garage doors on both sides so either way I turned out was seeing garage doors. They were also running an amazing special here to where I mean this is really for me right now. This is perfect.

Today we met with Mike, property manager at the Claremont location. We came here because we had concerns about a recent increase and we are retired and my husband is a disabled veteran, on a fixed income and also we were concerned about receiving a late notice. We spent several minutes with Michael and he resolved it and not only resolved us, but was so kind to verify that we are entitled to a unit for less money, which will help our budget And he really cares about retaining us because we have been here for several years and we are so pleased that he Went above and beyond to provide World class service.
