My experience was great. After filling out my information, your clerk told me all the do's and the don't. She showed me how to get through the gate and gave me a tour to my unit. I was shown carts that could be used to carry heavy items and how to work my lock. She was very polite, informative, and patient. She answered all my questions and represented your company very well.
Both managers are not only friendly, but answers all my questions. There is a mold problem on the first floor, because people leave doors open for others and unbalances the indoor controlled environment. It does not help that the large entry garage doors are open all the time as well. Otherwise, this is a safe and secure building. One still need an entry code even one gets by the main gate.

Well to start, I showed up at my scheduled appt and no one was there. Second, when I rented my U-Haul and showed up and called the number, they said power was down but it wasn’t. The roll door was broken and I got trapped inside the gate. Third, I still haven’t been able to move into my units. I will be looking to receive an extension of unit time and or cost for extra expenses since I had to keep my belongings in the U-Haul.

Overall good, some gate issues in the beginning of renting which were quickly resolved by management.
The elevator hall smelled like mold , the elevator smelled like urine and also had cigarette buds on the floor . The second floor hall smelled like someone defecated on the floor . The customer service was 10/10 with Ms Tiffany but the state of the storage it self is horrible .

Waste of time. Website does not note that a 20x10 does not exist. It is TWO separate units needing 2 locks. Staff at Savannah location wasted my time not even knowing that it was 2 units; trying to convince me that I did not understand. Finally I showed the prop.mgr the actual size & she promised (on Friday) to talk w Dist Mgr & get back to me on Mon. which did not happen. Had to call call center 3 times to cancel & explain each time. Still have not heard from DM. Did not get full refund yet. Got sent a new unexplained bill for $92. after a partial refund?!? Plus was charged a partial amount Never moved in. Only had keys to return for lock that PM left on my unit. Teach staff how to measure. Get them a way to measure. Remediate their inferior knowledge of their job & fix your website

Tiffany was amazing she helped us understand the difference in the sizes also just a great person to have on your team.
Friendly, efficient and very helpful staff and facility was clean and well maintained.
It was great. It was a nice and clean facility. My daughter used it for her bedroom items for the summer between apartments for college.

Worst experience ever. Pulled up to the office and the lights were out and the doors were locked. Customer service was nowhere to be found. Had to call corporate office and they called inside to the employees personal cell Phone. There were five customers waiting outside to be serviced, and it was during business hours. All the gates are constantly broken down. The keypads are constantly broken, The elevators are constantly broke down just an awful awful place. Price it’s way expensive to have this horrible service. The absolute worst

We're very happy with our service our service guy was Richard and he was great. Always had a smile and was very helpful. He was super nice and we haven't had to much of that since we moved to Savannah GA. The unit was clean and very nice just right for us, not to mention that it was one of the cleanest and safest around. The price was pretty good too, actually it was a good bit cheaper than the other places that we checked on. Thank you Richard for your excellent service.

I like the storage location but I what was communicated to me did not occur. I asked that my card be removed so I want be charged for the month of January and I move my things out to get a bigger storage. I was told I had to have my things out for 24 hours and I can move back in. I spent money for a U-Haul to store my belongings and larger storage. I am not sure where the mix up communication is but I am not happy.
