Everything was going smoothly until the check-in day. The manager of this facility is an awful person. When asked about something he did incorrectly, while unapologetically admitting it, he said, "...if you don't like it, go somewhere else for your storage needs..." A threat to reject our reservation to cover his incompetence. We stayed and swallowed our pride since we had all our stuff ready to be stored and no other option was available. The rating zero is a reflection of the actual experience at the location. Phone customer service has always been helpful and supportive.

It was a great experience! Mahmood was exceptionally helpful in finding just the right unit for my needs. Because of a recent injury, I needed a unit with a door that swings open, rather than one that lifts up. He found one with easy access and was very proficient getting the account set up. I’ve rented from other companies before and none of them can compare to the personal attention that I received here.

To be honest , I Ike the facility a little bit cold in there and wasn't very happy with the hike in the price of my storage unit after such a short time of having it when my rate changed dramatically . Just to let you know . Hope it doesn't happen again to me .

The manager of the facility was excellent. He helped us pick a unit that was smaller, cheaper, and close to the entrance, promising us that our possessions would fit in well. And they did! I initially had a good experience moving into the unit.
Once I was moved in the billing problems started. They overbilled me for the first month and billed me for the second month which was supposed to be free.
I had to discontinue the autopay until I have to go in there and have them call the manager who is out of state to get to the bottom of this mess.

When I arrived with my contracted moving crew, I signed the contract for my large unit, then went to unload a semi-truck full of household goods into the unit (after my multi-day, interstate move). We found the unit full of someone else's belongings.
There were no other large units available at the US Public Storage Facility. They didn't even have other multiple smaller units that could be combined to fit my goods.
I scrambled to find an alternate storage facility nearby, while I had a driver and moving crew waiting, on the clock.
I'll end up paying three times more over the next year than what US Storage quoted -- and did not deliver.
Luckily, a nearby Public Storage unit was available, and clean.
I had a terrible experience with US Public Storage. I will never use them again, or recommend them to friends.

I'm an 84 year old man. Realized immediately after paying for first month that I would be unable to use the locker. I didn't have a lock yet, and I was not given a code that would let me in the building. I returned the same day and asked for refund. I was told it would take a few days. 3 days later when I went back I was told that the home office refused to refund my money.

On the whole very good.
My main problem is getting rid of junked items like old furniture.
You need a large dumpster that is easily accessible, not what you currently have.

The experience I had here was great. Mohmood helped me move into my unit and explained how things work very effectively and thoroughly. I was surprised by the insurance fees since that was not mentioned prior but nonetheless important and helpful. Sarah was also very helpful when I first arrived I appreciate all the help.
