I’m being charged and haven’t used the unit or space..I told them I wanted to cancel or change my reservation and it never happened but I’m still being charged please help

It has definitely been a better experience than my previous storage facility. My trailer was broken into twice in just over 2 months. I stopped into the office here and had a chat with the ladies. They were extremely helpful and let me look around the facility. Between all the lights, the cameras and surrounding commercial facilities, I felt at ease with storing my equipment here. I think I’ve found a great home for my storage needs!

When I arrived at the office to check in for the first day of my rental there was a sign on the door that said “Be back at 2:00.” I arrived at 1:30 so I went to get some lunch. I returned at 1:55 but the manager did not return until ~ 3:00. During that timeframe several other customers came and left because the office was closed. I also call the so called customer care number twice. The first time they put me on hold and after several minutes the call disconnected. I called back a short time later and after being on hold for several minutes I was told there was nothing they could do as they didn’t show anyone available for the location I was at. Needless to say that if I hadn’t already been charged the initial sign up fee I would have rented elsewhere. Not the way to run a business.
