Something was going on that caused the location I rented from to not have anyone in the office 12/22/23-12/27/23. I had a move in date of 12/26 so I was give a gate code since nobody was staffing the office. Loaded up my uhaul went to get into my storage unit and the gate code didn't work. I knew Tuesday is their normal day off so I talked my landlord into waiting until Wednesday 12/27 which should have been a normal operating day with someone in the office at 9:30. I called to verify and of course nobody from that location answered however I was able to speak to someone at a different site that guaranteed someone would be there. I got there again with a loaded uhaul only to find not only was the office again not staffed the sign said be back at 3. Uhauls are rented in 6 hour blocks so I can't afford to keep this uhaul with my stuff until you guys decide to staff this office for the first time in over a week. I ended up having to go to another storage company up the road who had me in my unit in 5 minutes. Someone needs to call me with instructions for refunding my money since I was never able to use it and gave you numerous chances to fix the problem. 828-470-9797, 828-500-9602

Well it was great in the beginning. However,I've called several times and sent an email for a refund because I end up not needing it. I never moved anything into it. I paid in a Saturday and paid it up til January but on Sunday I called to let them know I wouldn't need it after all because my husband and I had decided to work things out. Then I called again on Monday. I've spoken to April,Another lady,then Samantha then Sky/Shy. Anyway so I'm having trouble getting a refund
