Yes. All tenants must insure or protect their stored goods. To complete the reservation, Tenant will be automatically enrolled in the site’s Protection Plan – however the Plan can be cancelled and the Plan fee credited to the tenant account in full if Tenant provides proof of insurance within 30 days of move-in.

Great experience!! I would recommend this location to anyone. Nayellie Is a great person that goes above and beyond with the units and customers. I was there for 3 days in a row and each day I saw her with a big smile walking around the units and making sure everything is good. The other guy that was there was very funny and made a great connection with me making jokes and welcoming us there. They had dollys and a large elevator so it didn’t seem like i even had a top unit.

Nice facility and good staff. Ben stayed late and made sure we had everything set up on a very short notice. He called us from across town and waited until we arrived in order to make sure we knew the layout of the facility and how to access our unit. Highly recommended. Edit 7/23: We needed a bigger storage unit and Jeff made sure it was all set up the day of and helped us get a good rate on it. Super happy with the quality service and the facility here.

Great place for storage, clean, good climate-control, friendly and helpful staff. I had a few questions with getting online accounts set up, which were answered quickly. Compared to a few other storage companies, there are a few differences: no code needed for elevators (thankfully), the doors to buildings are relatively small (wider doors are easier for big stuff like sofas and mattresses), the carts are a little smaller, gates roll open sideways instead of up, and locks are $3 cheaper. Also, other storage places mark the 20 or so feet in front of the doors as no parking with yellow stripes, which keep people from parking right in front of the doors blocking it for others. Also, the carts are stored by the elevators (which are in the center of the building). I prefer to have them parked by the door, and the elevators next to the door (but the elevator is centrally located because there are several doors). Overall a highly recommended storage facility. We'll wait and see how fast the rent increases after the promotional rate. Thank you!

Ben was awesome! I thought i knew what size unit i wanted but Ben suggested we take a look at what’s available to make sure that size would work for me. Turned out I actually did want a larger unit than what I originally planned. It was nice to walk through the property to learn the layout and entrances. The building and property are brand new! So clean and looks to be in a secure area. Erick was also super friendly. The entire process was efficient, friendly, and easy. Would recommend!

JUST DO IT! The storage unit is clean, nice, and air cooled. They have flatbeds and roll carts available for customers. Ben was very personable and helpful when I came in. As a teacher, with a lot of stuff, the 5X10 unit was perfect for temporary storage. I just rented a space and, so far, I'm 100% satisfied. It is a brand new facility. It is not A/C climate controlled BUT is temp controlled with large swamp coolers which are basically filters with water dripped on them and a huge fan blowing through to cause evaporative cooling of the air. This actually adds humidity whereas A/C removes humidity (and we are already dry enough here.). So, a little humidity added to this very dry air is very good for wooden furniture and musical instruments like guitars. If you store a guitar in a super dry environment for a long time it can ruin it. (they add just a little humidity, not making things wet or moldy anything, as long as they change the filters, etc.). So I thought that was interesting. The prices are very good, no night access between 9pm and 6am, cameras, etc so it seems safe. I would recommend this place.

I am so happy to have found such a great storage place! The price was significantly the cheapest online for the size I wanted. When I went to see the unit Jeff was very friendly walking me through the units and showed me how to use the locks. The unit was very clean and brand new. While paying Ben offered me another deal to get the storage even cheaper. I can't wait to move in! Would highly recommend this place.

I recently switched storage centers after experiencing another ridiculous increase in a few months at a different facility. This location is brand new, secluded, and in a safe neighborhood. I met with the manager, Ben, who was pleasant during the intake process, and I used their dolly to move into my unit. My lock and key from a previous facility fit when I inserted them into a sample unit. However, when I tried to insert my lock into the hole of my unit, it wouldn't fit, so I purchased a lock. I still couldn’t get the purchased lock to fit, so Ben accompanied me and showed me that I had to move the latch to the far right, and my original lock did fit. Ben took the lock I bought and said he would submit a request to corporate for the eighteen dollars and change I paid for the lock I did not need. I received an excellent deal and price compared to my previous storage facility, and I will save substantial money! I recommend this place and am happy I moved here. If US Storage Centers doesn't get price hike happy, I will remain here!
