Our units start as small as 5’x5’, which is the perfect option for those who have just moved, have experienced a death in the family, are going through a recent loss of a job, or who just needs to clear a little room in their home or store a few boxes’ worth of personal items. We do have smaller units for smaller personal effects or warehouse-style units that are as large as 10’x30’, which are large enough to fit the contents of an entire home and more. Our units offer moving carts on site, and our resident manager is available to help customers with whatever they need.
RV and Boat Storage
For those who want to store an RV, boat, or extra automobile, we are your storage solution! We have covered parking or fully enclosed units, both with easy accessibility for parking and backing out. Those who are storing the vehicles or boats under are covered parking may still want to consider boat/RV tarps to keep them safe from potential sun exposure damage. Security Our Las Vegas facility is protected by electronic gated access. When you rent a storage unit from us, you will be given a unique pincode that allows you to enter the facility during access hours. We also have 24/7 video recording of our facility. The facility and service were fine. I did enter at a discounted or promotional rate but the sudden rate increase was beyond exorbitant and I moved out immediately.

I’ve been robbed twice since I’ve been there. Your insurance pays me back a 10th of what I’m robbed every time. It takes way over three months to get the payment every time. Your employees are rude and don’t seem to know what they’re talking about half the time. I’ve been charged without permission. There is very poor communication from everyone. My list is long.

Needed storage for a few months while construction was going on at our house. The facility was safe, secure, clean and well cooled in the summer months. Making payments was easy. Staff is friendly. We would use them again.

Horrible, my catalytic converter was stolen out of your facility and nothing was done to reconcile the situation whatsoever. I requested a refund and the employees seemed to laugh at me. This cost me over $1200 and your business could not even refund me for my ~$200 in storage fees. I wouldn't be surprised if the employees are involved with the thefts.

Terrible. I put a deposit down for an rv spot and weeks before the move in date I decided to cancel because I found somewhere else locally that charged more than half of the price for the same amount of time. And then it took me over a month to receive a refund for a service I never rendered 0/10

So far, everything is going okay. I didn't appreciate a rate increase before my 6 months of occupancy and I hope that the rates don't increase on a semi-annual basis. If it does, I'll be adjusting my review(s) accordingly. Continuous rate increases are the reason I left Cube-not-so-smart...

I have the worst opinion that a person can have about that place. There I had a mobile home and a boat for 2 years. The head of the place, without looking at my record that I had for payment, sent me to take it with me because of a new client. It occurred to him that it bothered him, they also vandalized it. They stole the canvas from the boat and why am I going to keep telling him everything that happens? I think that this place needs a lot of changes and needs a boss who values his customers well

Marquis is really nice. BUT the way you guys are handling the insurance claim SUCKS! I was lucky and had just a couple of boxes with clothes soaked. Cost to wash was about $60..i figured you would have had that resolved bu now.

I mixed this storage facility up with one that I had a negative experience with in Hawaii.

The staff members were always great. The manager especially. He was always pleasant and friendly. If he noticed I was moving a large or heavy item by myself he offered assistance. I truly appreciated that.
Another thing I feel worth mentioning is about an incident which occurred, concerning a break-in and theft of my ex-husband's storage unit at the same facility. The staff members handled the situation well. They caught the perpetrator and prevented the loss of the property which was taken. All missing items were accounted for. Great job! Thank you Marquis (facility manager)!!

It worked well for storage, but we had a hard time using our key code. We wish it was 24/7 access and a “date to date” fee instead of a rigid “monthly fee.” We will be needing a place in Las Vegas for a month in Jan/Feb again in 2019, but need it from mid-month to mid-month & don’t think it’s fair to have to pay 2 months in fees. We’ll also need it out after 11:00 pm because of when our flight arrives. Can these rules be changed?
