Our RV got broken into while we were storing it at your location. A homeless person was living in our camper for who knows how long and completely trashed it. When we told the front office and asked for footage, we were denied and told there was nothing they could do. You continued to charge us rent for storing the camper even though the battery was STOLEN from our camper off your property without any sort of compensation or empathy for our situation. How do I feel about our experience with your company? How am I receiving this email for feedback nearly TWO YEARS after this incident? Take me off your list.

The management allowed my ex to cut my lock in order to retrieve stuff without consent and in the process she took anything of value with it. She was not on the rental agreement I was told to make a police report and nothing ever happened never using these facilities again

I was lied to from the start on the monthly fee then when I moved out of that tiny, tiny storage before due date they still charged me. I'm not responsible for their negligence. They need to take that charge of my record.

Your price increases are outrageous! Just because there is not yet legislation to cap your increase amounts, you gouge and take advantage of people during desperate/difficult times. Shame on you and your industry!
Also my unit was broken into; unit was disheveled; many priceless items taken, and NO ONE had video footage nor was I ever compensated. Very suspicious.

People seem nice enough but if there is a problem. Like my door came off track and would not close. I called and it took maintenance 1 hour to get there, even though he drove past me twice, then he had no tools or equipment to repair the door. So he had to return to his shop twice. Also every month for at least 6 months I have had to call office to pay my bill instead of paying online like all my other bills. I've told manager each month and been told they'd look into it.
I'm looking for another shed.

I like the storage facility. They have great staff. I hate the price increases, I wish it would be cleaned more frequently, and I wish they didn't allow the people to hang out in thier units all day. But those are honestly mild complaints, I understand times are hard and folks have no where to go. But please clean up and open for longer hours.

There is an ease of access i enjoy plus how quick it was to get set up. Sundays are sketchy as the office is closed and people who don't have units walk right on in after a vehicle has entered the gates. Not happy about the cost of the unit going up. I understand its a business but when people like myself need every penny we can get it gets really hard finding the funds to continue making the monthly charges, and forcing myself to start looking elsewhere. Its a shame too because I came here with this having the best price I could find at the time. Will continue to use as long as possible in the meantime. No complaints otherwise.

The grounds are clean and kept up. The only thing I don't really like is the fact that i have 2 storage units and I pay a full year of rent at a time on each one. But when the year is up they raise my rent. If I was the owner I would give people that pay their rent a year at a time a discount or a free month of rent or something to show their appreciation. I got nothing. Needless to say before my rent is due next time I will be finding another place to store my stuff.

I'm always treated with respect and kindness from all of your employees. I have had a storage unit at that facility for many years even before it was us storage. I'm comfortable with the security at that property and I know that if there's ever an issue which there never has been it would be taken care of immediately. I highly recommend your facility.

All has gone very well. I only have one complaint,. Is it was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday and I wanted to go into the office to make my payment as I walked up to the door the girl locked it from the inside and put up the sign will be back. That kind of pissed me off as she saw me at the door she should have taken me at that time. Other than that very pleased thank you

The staff is always friendly and professional. My storage fee went from $31.50 to $37.50, but that’s ok. The location on Boulder Hwy. is perfect for me, so I don’t mind paying extra because I understand the business of covering expenses to provide the best service.
