Just minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip, our storage facility is located on Annie Oakley Drive between East Sunset Road and East Post Road. The self storage units range in sizes from 5’ x 5’ - 10’ x 30’, and climate controlled storage units are available to rent. Our clean, two-story building is wrapped in windows, and our parking lot and driveways are wide enough to accommodate large moving trucks. Storage Units
Our storage units range from 5’ x 5’—for boxes and stackable items—up to our 10’ x 30’ – large enough for a household full of furniture or your business inventory. All of our units are generally at least 8’ tall in order to optimize storage space. Our hallways are wide and well lit for your convenience.
All units have easy to use roll-up doors with a mix of inside and drive-up units. Storage units inside of the building are air-cooled and can be accessed through our wide entryways and large elevators. There are flatbed carts (free to use) and wide driveways for our customer’s convenience.
RV and Boat Storage
RVs and boats can be stored in either our 12’ x 33’ covered parking spaces or our 10’ x 20’ and 10’ x 30’ uncovered spaces. Parking space width may vary from spot to spot. Please call the property manager for more details on Parking Space sizes.
Security
Our facility is gated and can only be accessed by a tenant entering their unique access code into our keypads. For your protection, 24-hour digital video recorders monitor the entire fenced property. We advise tenants to use disc locks to ensure the utmost security.

Our facility is professionally managed by friendly and knowledgeable people who really know the storage business. It’s our belief that excellent customer service is achieved when we combine knowledge and individual attention. We have several years of experience in the self storage industry and we listen to each of our customer’s needs. The storage units at our facility come in a variety of sizes, and getting to know the needs of our customers helps us to identify and tailor the best storage options for each customer.

Paying your bill is easy. Payment options include: cash, checks, credit/debit cards or money orders. You can process your payments by coming into the office, using our automated telephone payment system, or by visiting our website.
The Community
We are one block north from the Terrible Herbst gas station located on the corner of Sunset Road and Annie Oakley Drive. Many of our customers reside in the neighboring communities of Paradise, Whitney, Green Valley North, and Las Vegas.
Las Vegas has it all! The famous Las Vegas Strip is only 10 minutes away from our location. Some people may think that Las Vegas is just a place with the lights, gambling, extravagant resorts, and street performers. But, there are plenty of other activities people of all ages can enjoy. You can go hiking at Red Rock Canyon, or go horseback riding at Bonnie Springs and enjoy the beautiful Nevada scenery. Lake Mead is a perfect spot for families to enjoy boating, camping, or a cook out. Las Vegas has attractions for anyone.

Staff and facility are great. My only issues have been that the gate does not open with Storage Genie. I have not yet been able to get that to work. Also, there are only two carts for loading to interior units for the entire facility. We had to take our truck home and come back the next morning with our own carts.

The actual storage center was great - clean, good customer service. My problem was how we ended up there in the first place. I called a central number. We were moving from Hawaii to Las Vegas and needed a temporary storage facility. We were moving to 89128, and the guy on the phone said he had room available in 89129. Perfect. Then after taking all the information says sorry its no longer available there but I have this other place available. Not knowing the area well, I indicated hesitation. He then said it’s within a mile of 89129. Total lie. This facility was quite a drive for us. Half hour on the highway. Obnoxious.

Friendly and responsive management. The rates keep going up so I may not be back but the place has served me pretty well over the years, except for a suspicious bike theft from my unit three years ago. Management has improved since then.

Getting a spot was easy and was able to look at the required size. The location overall was comfy and secure. Temperature was always maintained and never too low or high. There was always push carts available unless someone would leave them in different areas of the building but aside from that there was always one for me to use. The elevators also made big trips hastle free. Can'tanything bad about the place. I enjoyed it and I'd definitely trust this place again.

I had a great experience during the time I rented space.
There was an incident on the day I vacated - I paid for December 1, 2017, and upon my exit - less than 2 hours after paying for the day, my access code to leave the premises was 'denied'. I had two friends helping me move out and couldn't exit. One of my mover friends was able to back up and return to the store front to tell the clerk to let us out. Basically, just embarrassed.....no harm done.

Best storage experience ever! The cost, convenience, and utility is off the charts. I'm a P/T Junker and this location is most ideal because of it's proximity to McManus Auctions, The Live & Work lofts on Silvestri Lane, The Green Valley Library, 24 Hour Fitness, Oasis Laundromat, Henderson Black Bear Diner, and Mothership Coffee. I utilize each one of these entities in my endeavors and I've achieved quite a positive result.

Great first experience here at US Storage, Jenny is very knowledgeable about every aspect of her job, as well as, providing or suggesting places for us to hang out & get out of the heat after we moved the items into storage. We still don't have a place to live and we travel with our 13yr old Chihuahua, MooCow, so by Jenny giving us phone numbers and names of places, was a "god sent". We look forward to storing our " home " there until we find our place to live. Than we can truly say out home in Henderson!.. Very clean facility, user friendly, ie: getting around, elevators & lifts/carts.. Great! Top customer service at this location. I would recommend this facility to anyoneI know in need of a storage facility. This is my second experience with US Storage. I have another storage in California, and when I needed to come to Vegas, I immediately looked for the closest US Storage to my location. It wasn't a question of shopping for the latest "deal of the month" from others storage companies. I knew I would get the best prices and customer service with US Storage. Anytime I am in need of a storage unit, US Storage is the first and only company that I'll deal with. I will be a lifelong customer with US Storage.!!
