My experience with US storage so far has been great mainly because of Julian who works in the Mount Kisco office. Very respectful and whatever I didn't understand he explained patiently and clearly. Cheerful attitude and makes good conversation when we have to wait for the ridiculously slow computer system which is one thing you guys really need to fix. As for julian, dude for sure deserves a raise his help and advice are much appreciated. You also had a female employee at the same location I think her name was Cheyenne who was also helpful and very nice

Have NOTHING but good things to say about this place. I rented last year and worked with Brian, the property manager, and was met with nothing but kindness and a thorough tour and explanation!
Accessing the facility was nothing short of simple: The moving trucks were able to access the unit without issue, I was able to get in/out whenever I needed without issue. The facility felt safe and well-lit, there were cameras everywhere within the facility so I never felt "alone" which, as a young lady, was very important.
Now, needing a unit again this year, I was stuck navigating the complexities of a COI. I spent time on the phone with Cheyenne, who took the time to help me understand the whole process! She really helped make this whole stressful ordeal that much more manageable.
I cannot recommend this center enough. 5 Stars to everyone!

The reservation was made over the phone with someone at a call center. It was easy but she neglected to tell us that we were assigned a storage unit on the second floor which meant lots of carrying heavy things up a flight of stairs. That was no-go for us senior citizens and when we checked in at the office (which is at another location) we were fortunately able to change to a drive-up unit which is soooo much better for us. However, the unit we got was quite dirty, inside and on the outside of the roll-down door which didn't have a handle so we had to open it by pushing up on the filthy door until we installed some rope ourselves. For some reason they installed the keypad for opening the gate to the location in an awkward location so you have to get out of the car to enter the code which is kind of annoying. Other than that, my only comment is that I wish the bathroom had running water so we could wash our hands but the sink does not work. But I'm very glad at least there's a bathroom! The men in the office at the remote location were very nice and helpful. All in all this place will serve my purposes and I'm glad it is here. Don't hesitate to use them if you need extra space just be prepared.
