Great staff!!

Thanks for the kind review!

My husband and I rented here for years and never had any issues, before or after the ownership change. Staff is kind and respectful. To be completely transparent there was a period where I was disappointed in a major cost increase. We began renting at $65/mo and now the same unit is $95/mo. However, this cost increase only happened once in roughly 6 years, we had some warning, and it's still low or comparable to other units in Ashland and Talent.

Thank you for your feedback!

Jared was amazing and very helpful super nice guy

Me and my wife checked this place out.We didn't end up renting, but we walked in for prices and to check the units out. I was met with kindness and respect. Definitely will come here for all our future storage needs. Cool facility and I really enjoyed chatting with the staff. I believe Jared said he just moved to the area recently but he seemed like he had lots of years of experience. I REALLY APPRECIATE his professionalism. If you are looking for storage I would definitely check this place out first :)

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!

Tori was definitely exceptional. Transitioning to the new owners’ paperwork, I was needing some clarification on billing and the new rules. She walked me through the major changes, was very easy to understand, and is bright and cheerful on top of that. A great asset for this company.

Secure Storage Ashland provides outstanding service. Scott

My mate and I moved to Ashland 5 years ago and have kept a clean, safe storage space at Secure Storage. We moved many unopened boxes into storage because we inherited the contents of my mate's family possessions, dating back to the 19th century. We weren't quite sure what we had; or if we would even want to keep any of it. We have had many happy, sentimental surprises unpacking the cartons and feel as if we've connected with our pasts. We make frequent trips to our storage locker and are always pleased by the serenity, cleanliness and friendliness we encounter there. There are beautiful container plants surrounding the office; the staff is always responsive and helpful. The whole area is well managed and kept cleaner than clean, with good signage and direction. I almost am sorry that we will eventually get to the bottom of our cartons.

Kind, friendly, helpful, local management team. Clean, well-run facility. Definitely a big step up over other storage facilities.

Very clean, accommodating, and professional..

Matt and Cindy and the staff are great - always friendly and helpful.

Helpful friendly folks. Very well maintained site.

Great facility and staff. 5 stars!

I have had a storage unit here for almost 10 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The facility is clean, well maintained, safe, and the people that work there are so kind. I am very grateful for how easy the whole process is and the accessibility.

Our experience has been FANTASTIC!! They let us borrow their moving truck to move in, the staff have always been very friendly, and the facilities are always clean and seem well cared for. We highly recommend them.

Been storing there for over two years. The place is always immaculate! I don't think you will find nicer people to work with anywhere!! I recently left the storage (I discovered I was a hoarder and am doing my best to quit!!) and the process was as easy as pie. I wish all the the owners happiness!!

The staff at Secure storage treat us like family. They are kind, responsive and take great care of our unit. The availability of a moving truck is a great asset as well as the trash and recycle bins. The property is very secure and kept clean and tidy. I have used two other storage companies in the past and Secure Storage is the best!

These folks do a great job--and have been doing so for many years now. Good work!

Ashland secure storage is the best in town. Super nice and clean and very Secure. I always recommend to all my friends and extended family in Ashland!!

Excellent service, really good prices, perfect location.

The storage yard is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the employees are very nice and helpful.

Great place great people

Super cool storage. Clean. Really friendly and professional staff. Easy no stress. Love them!

The people who run the place are so awesome. They've been understanding when I was late on my payment, the get to know and are very personable, and really good hearted people. It's open 7-7 which it would be nice it they kept it open till like 9. There are no bathrooms, so make sure u go if ur gonna be there for more then a minute.

Secure Storage is a great place to store your items. They are always responsive, and are quick to fix anything that goes wrong with your unit.

Gem and Taylor, great people,

Always clean facility, I feel my belongings are safe. Matt and Cindy are super nice as well. Highly recommend!

Management is very helpful and the place is immaculate!

Happy Customer! I feel that my belongings are safe at Secure Storage -Ashland. The staff is friendly and helpful. The entrance is always full of flowers and the grounds are always clean.

Safe, clean and easy to get in and out of ... what more could you want in a storage facility?! Oh - and the managers are on location and treat you as if you are guests in their home! Recommended, if you are looking for Ashland storage.

Everything was taken care of professionally and went smoothly.

Very clean and secure facility, and Matt and Cindy are outstanding people! We highly recommend them!

I was cast into needing a storage unit due to unfortunate circumstances and the items needing to be stored were very valuable to me so I wanted to know that would truly be safe. Fortunately, I found Secure Storage, the place is very secure as the name says, the units are made from robust materials and in great shape. They have advanced security in place and you know your personal items are being watched over. In addition, the couple who run the place, Matt & Cindy are friendly and organized so working with them was easy. Lastly, they had a box truck available for free use for local movement of items which came in handle for me on several occasions. Couldn't be more satisfied with the business.

Very clean and super secure. Easy access too. Thank you!

Extremely happy with this storage facility. Clean, professional, friendly, responsive, and SAFE because it is monitored by on-premises personnel 24/7. Love the free moving van and that the facility is well-maintained and very close to me. Also like that things are alarmed in case somebody ever tries to tamper.

I’ve always told people that Secure Storage is truly the best storage facility in town . It’s meticulously clean, solidly secure and the managers, Cindy and Matt, along with their daughter, run it as a family, and are friendly, responsive and reliable. I’m so glad we found them.

Kind support, great security, good hours, I love storing here.

I have been storing items in a unit for the past 13 years and can vouch for the exceptional service I have experienced with both Matt and Cindy. They greet people with a smile and are quick to assist any and every request from customers. I really appreciated the use of the truck to move big items into storage. They respond quickly to phone messages during off hours in case there is an urgent matter and are quick to assist. They have helped me twice when my lock would not open or when I could not get the lock plate to slide. This past year, I have been dealing with long Covid and have not been able to work. The staff have been kind enough to not only send me an email reminder to avoid late fees, but process the payment with a card on file for me because I was struggling with brain fog and kept messing up my online payment. They always let me know ahead when there is going to be a rate increase or construction on site so I can plan accordingly. Driving into the storage complex feels like driving through a park area, especially when all the flowers are in bloom. The paved ways are always clean and the grass areas are green/mowed and trimmed. Because I highly recommend Security storage, my sister, my mother and a friend also used this storage when they moved to the area. We all like having someone on site for security. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to sing praises for these two wonderful managers at Security Storage in Ashland, OR! Respectfully, Esther Hunter Unit #1412

I have used this facility a couple times while moving to and from Ashland; so, I’ve only had the units for a couple months at a time. They have been great getting me set up, and very easy to get closed out. I’ve had different units each time, both very clean and quite secure. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m looking for a storage unit.

Best owners ever~. Always kind and I know my treasures are safe❤ thank you so so much

Secure Storage is just that, secure. I had two storerooms broken into at another facility losing appliances, personal items and a forty year collection of tools. I've been with Secure Storage for over ten years. It's clean, organized and the people running it are great to work with. Their security is the best.

Very clean and very safe well managed I would highly recommend this storage faciltiy

I've always received great service here--above & beyond! Plus the units and the entire place are extremely well-maintained and secure. Once a friend and I were so deep in conversation as we wrapped up, we forgot to pull the unit's door shut. As I entered my code to open the gate to depart, a disembodied voice notified us that the door was still open. Wow! That's a security measure one rarely finds at a storage facility. I was both embarrassed and deeply grateful.

The GREATEST people to work with! They take pride in their work and service. I feel safe and confident my things are watched and secure.

great spot great location great people very safe easy in easy out

The best of the best. This is no joke. I have yet to store with a classier group. The facility is very nice and conveniently located outside of city limits. No better place to store your valuables.

Hands down, the absolute BEST storage facility in all of southern Oregon or Northern California! Immaculate site and units, state of the art security, convenient access, and the most wonderful management and staff imaginable! Not easy to become a tenant because of high demand for their units, but, once you get in, you won’t want to leave!

Matt & Cindy were very nice and accommodating. Very professional and easy to work with. I had two units there for almost a year during a difficult time. I appreciate all they did for me. JS Stevenson, WA

Honestly it's the best experience I have ever had with the storage company and I have had storage space with you now for over 5 years Matt and Cindy are not only professional in maintaining and caring for the property but are extremely personable and caring as our managers. Because of them, I would give Secure Storage my highest recommendation. John Devaul unit #1104 & #1310.

Nice people and clean, safe facility!

Exceptional service!!

Happy people, safe storage. Would use again.

Wonderful storage facility. Always clean and excellent customer service.

Matt & Cindy Walker are 5-stars, wonderful property managers and delightful and helpful humans! But sadly, in a time where a lot of people lost their businesses in 2021 the owners (I give them a 2-star and was being generous with 3-stars,)-- as they raised the prices a lot! (not Matt and Cindy) Many of us felt they were taking advantage of those that lost shops and homes, so in a few months when mine renews I will be moving out.

My dealings with Secure Storage go back to 2011 and when I was in need of storage again, Secure Storage was my first choice. I am always happy with the service and courtesy given to me by the "Secure Team", Matt, Cindy and Vanessa. After having to leave the area, I never had a moment of doubt that my things stored there were safe and "Secure" and my best interests were well looked after. I truly appreciate the service and considerations afforded me by my wonderful Secure Storage Team. Likewise, I have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone looking for secure, affordable storage in the southern Oregon/Rogue Valley area. LoLa N.

Absolutely the nicest people in the storage business.....

Secure Storage has been my #1 place for storage for ten years. Matt and Cindy are always very helpful and communicative.

Cindy and Matt Walker manage a clean, orderly storage facility. We've had personal belongings in a unit for nearly 20 years without incident. The automated entrance gate makes it easy to get to our goods when it's convenient and even outside office hours. We recommend Secure Storage without reservation.

Simply the BEST storage facility on the planet!

Great space! Great people!

Excellent facility. This is definitely a secure and safe facility, and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. I love that it is fenced, gated, and super clean, all ground units, with video cameras and managers living on site 24/7. We needed to sell a few items when consolidating our storage units, and I asked management to be aware when the buyer came in with my authorized agent. This made it safer for my authorized agent as well as more comfortable for the buyer. Free truck for move-ins was great. I can recommend Secure Storage in a heart beat.

Wonderful owners, clean facility, reasonable prices, safe and secure.

I had a wonderful experience using Ashland Secure Storage! The price was right and management was always accommodating and helpful. They even let me use their on-site moving truck when I was moving from one unit to another. Thanks Matt and Cindy!

I had storage for myself and my mother when she went to independent living and then to skilled nursing. This was the best experience I had to get in and out of storage for things for my mother. Thank you Matt and Cindy for all the times we were in our storage unit.

This facility is extremely well maintained and the family that manages the business is very customer friendly and helpful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

A $40 / monthly jump in the rental fee is ridiculously too expensive!!!

I had 2 units in Ashland for almost 2 years while going back to school. I never had a single problem and they were always very courteous. After school, I rented a storage unit elsewhere and came to really appreciate what Secure Storage had to offer. The hours were convenient, the access was easy, and there were no limits on visiting times. I've driven in there with my 15' trailer and with a 26' moving van and never had a problem with slopes or turning radii. After I moved, I really appreciated when my deposit check was returned to them as "un-deliverable" at my new address, they mailed it 3 times to make sure I got it. I highly recommend Secure Storage and, even if they have nothing available, put your name on the wait-list because you never know when a unit will open up.

Nice units, property is kept very clean, & is extremely secure. Folks who run it & answer the phones couldn't be nicer.... and to top it all off, it's really almost strangely inexpensive. The demand is certainly high enough for them to raise the rates without many complaints, especially given how hard it is to find ANY available storage units without having to drive to Talent or Medford (where you'll likely pay a higher price, for a crappier unit, on a property that isn't as well kept or secured, & you sure as hell won't be dealt with as cordially as you will here) I feel lucky to have a unit here, frankly. If you are fortunate enough to score an available storage unit at this location, don't hesitate to snag it. I've stored in a bunch of places in the last 25 years, & never had ANYTHING positive to say before my experience here. *** June, 08.2022 *** I am adding some additional information to this review as of my clearing out my storage unit & ending my rental.*** During the course of my attempting to get my storage unit clear, There was a bit of a miscommunication - one that I was & am ultimately responsible for, (longish story) - Either way, had this have occurred with almost any outfit I have ever dealt with, I highly doubt it would have come to an amicable resolution. Mac, & Vanessa have are, were & have been nothing short of wonderful since the first time I reached out to find a unit to rent. And have actually gone personally out of their way to help remedy the situation resulting from the error ON MY PART. Frankly, it's beyond refreshing. This is hands down one of the best places I have EVER done business with in any way shape or form. And the 1st time, I have had need to make use of my "Thank You Cards" for a storage unit rental. The fees have increased somewhat as a result of the recent inflation & covid related economic crappiness - but that's been the case with everything - & it's still very much inline with market value, or below - based on the location & ease of use. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!

We were extremely happy with Secure Storage through the years of being in Ashland. When we moved, we were sad to go, as this storage business is one of the cleanest, best kept up, secure one we have ever had. Thank you for your excellent service.

Cindy and Matt are fabulous. They are friendly and always helpful. Great place to store your precious items. Unfortunately I will need to let go if this unit due to a $40 per month increase in price. I know Cindy and Matt have no control of the prices and have enjoyed knowing them over the years. Best of luck to all. Would rate a 5 if prices hadn't increased by 40%

I've stored personal and business inventory type items at Secure Storage since 2004. I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff, and the facilities are always in great shape. Short of actually cleaning out your unit for you, they take care of everything - plus their free moving van can really come in handy sometimes!

We have been in this facility for quite a few years. It has always been clean everywhere around the units. No sign of water or pests. Easy access to our unit seven days a week and Matt and Cindy are great to work with.

This has been my storage service on and off for 10 years now. It is an awesome place, and run very well by Matt and Cindy. No problems ever, and any tiny requests are always handled quickly. No mice or bugs in any unit I have ever had.

Managers Matt & Cindy were amazing keeping my belongings safe for years. They were so kind when I really needed it. Huge gratitude!

Great place to store in my opinion. Secure facility, clean, quite, and good prices. I stored here for about a year and had zero problems. I would highly recommend Ashland Secure Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Matt and Cindy were so accommodating with everything! Rental dates were prorated, moving truck availability, even borrowing a broom during the chaos of checking out. I would highly recommend them and their facility.

secure, clean and efficient + excellent service

Top place, highly recommended.

Great folks to work with! Very friendly and helpful. They made every effort to help me get set up with the storage space I need.

I like Secure Storage because they have been very friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept and the landscaping in the front with flowers adds a cheery touch.

Cindy and Matt are fantastic managers- I am grateful to have had a safe, clean, convenient place to store my belongings on two occasions when I have been in transition. They even prorated my last month when I moved out early. Thank you for your fantastic service and kindness!

Very kind people. They're always keeping me updated on improvements and I can pay my bill via email or phone!

It has been a great and comfortable experience being able to have storage with Secure Storage for many years. You can always rely on their honesty, any help or advise needed, and know that your property will be safe and well protected.

Matt, Cindy and Bryce have consistently provided stellar service. The facilities are well maintained and the prices are fair, but Matt and Cindy are the reason I'm a customer.

Nice, clean place with helpful staff. Very secure and conveniently located just off I-5

Great place to store stuff. Clean, well lit, secure, friendly staff and reasonably priced

Secure and clean property with exceptionally helpful and friendly service!

Matt and Cindy and Bryce are all great -- super helpful and willing to go out of their way to help.

Matt & Cindy Walker are so kind & so understanding & I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. They'd have a difficult time measuring up! My husband was very ill, for over a year, and the Walker's made an exception, those times when I was late with my monthly payments, and didn't charge me a late fee. They run a tight, efficient business & we feel secure in the fact they'll take good care of our belongings until we can reunite with all of it! Thanks for your wonderful service, these past couple of years! We appreciate you two. Sincerely, Kathy & Jeff Painter

Matt is wonderful and really bring a sense of security for my belongings. He worked with me to ensure I had the best possible experience. Highly recommend Secure Storage in Ashland

A wonderful storage facility. All the employees are helpful knowledgeable and kind. They go above and beyond with their level of customer service. The units are clean and dry and very very well-maintained . The hours for accessibility are excellent. I would rent from them again! I give them a five star plus rating.

I currently have two large units at Secure Storage. The facility seems to be as the name implies "secure". I like the security of having access limited by the main gate, and the requirement of using an access code. The facility has always been well maintained, and my interaction with the front office has always been positive. I would recommend Secure Storage to anyone needing a storage unit.

The owners have always been great to us. I even set off the alarm by accident by opening a unit that I hadn't typed the code into. Whoops

Matt & Staff do a great job

This storage facility accommodates customer requests above and beyond an expected level of service. The Ashland Secure Storage operators have exceptional understanding of how "stuff matters" to people regardless of the circumstances they may be facing. The peace of mind that they offer to their customers is invaluable, especially in times of "insecurity;" they are truly secure.

Great place. The people and site are great. Highly recommend!

Always friendly and helpful -- I recommend them

I've been a customer here for 9 years. It's always clean, always secure. They were really helpful when we needed to our daughter's storage with ours and when we wanted to relocate for convenience. They've been friendly and great with billing questions as well. The only price increases have been in line with inflation. This is a well run establishment.

Very well run storage facility. Nice management. Well kept grounds. Definitely secure. Thank you!

Great staff and clean facility !!

Love this place! The couple that works here are incredibly nice and work with your needs. If I ever need to store something again, it will definitely be here.

Great, helpful, friendly staff. Impeccably clean and well-maintained grounds.

Great facility, perfect location. Keypad access and video monitoring, great staff.

Secure Storage is top rate. Clean, friendly, has 24/7 on site security, may borrow the moving van, everything works well. Zero problems.

ALWAYS excellent, fair and honest service here. Always pleasant and genuinely concerned that customers get the very best service. M.Taylor Leonard

The service is efficient and friendly. Our experience has been very positive.

Great place to store your stuff! Resident managers always friendly and available, units clean and very secure, and very well maintained.

The storage units and grounds are clean and well kept and the people are friendly and helpful.

This is our second year using Secure Storage and they were helpful and the nicest people. Our son goes to SOU, however we live out of state. I was able to do everything over the phone and they treated my son well when he went in to finish up. I would recommend Secure Storage to anyone in the area.

While trying to pay my bill online, an error caused a problem. It kept telling me it did not go through and to try again. After 4 attempts, and still not going through, I decide to try later. When I went on later, it said I had made 4 payments. It was a Sunday and Secure Storage was closed, so I was planning on going down on Monday to straighten it out at the office. Matt noticed the multiple charges and called me later that day to make sure I had planned on making that many payments. He corrected the charges so I didn't have to take time out of my day to correct problem. Secure Storage of Ashland not only protects my pesonal belongings in their building, they protected my credit as well. Thank you!

I highly recommend Secure Storage. Cindy and Matt were a delight to deal with. Very accommodating, courteous and personable. The facility is clean and easy to navigate with plenty of room for the 26 foot truck I used to move everything in. They even provided a moving van free of charge when I moved out. I can't say enough good things about Cindy, Matt and Secure Storage. They're a class act!

Friendly staff - very straightforward and honest.

Matt and Cindy run a tight ship. They are also super sweet people who I feel really give a damn about their clients. Thanks you two!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND..NEW VERY NICE RATE 10 BEING BEST

Super-safe, clean, and friendly! There's a moving truck available, and the staff go the extra mile to make this the best storage facility in the Valley.

The friendly, courteous, and respectful manner in which you do business is a joy and privilege. No matter where we've been in the process, and I've been all over the map, your inspiration and kindness has always been more like a friendship than a business relationship. This makes everything better and I've felt that my things have been safe and sound in your care for many years now. Thank you so much!

Secure Storage has been supremely accommodating to all of our storage needs as an educational nonprofit. The facilities are immaculate and the staff is thoughtful. The moving truck has been a God send! Thanks guys!
