Our facility sits at the corner of Powers Road and Parrell Road, right off the Highway 97 interchange (Exit 141) on the southeast side of Bend. That keeps drop-offs and pickups quick for residents and businesses in the Old Farm District, Larkspur, and the neighborhoods nearby, as well as anyone driving in from Redmond or La Pine.

A Full Range of Ground-Level Units

Every unit is on the ground floor, with no stairs or elevators. Drive-up units let you pull right to your door to load and unload — ideal for furniture, appliances, and business inventory — while indoor units offer a clean, well-lit space out of the weather. Sizes run from 5x5 units for boxes and seasonal gear up to roomy 10x20 and 10x30 spaces that hold the contents of a larger home. Absolutely! Our facility features all ground-level units, including convenient drive-up access units. For bulky items like camping equipment, snowboards, or bike gear, a drive-up unit is likely your best option, as you can pull your vehicle directly to the door for ultra-fast and convenient unloading—perfect for quick trips to and from the great outdoors.

Both unit types are on the ground level. A drive-up unit is an exterior unit that allows you to load directly from your car. An indoor unit is located inside the main building, offering an added layer of separation from the outside elements and is a great choice for items you plan to store long-term or those requiring a quieter, more sheltered environment.

Yes, we welcome our local business owners! We offer extended access hours from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. This means you can drop off supplies or pick up inventory outside of typical 9-to-5 business hours, ensuring your storage works with your busy schedule. Our team is dedicated to providing flexible solutions for commercial storage.

We strive to make your move-in day simple and smooth! We offer moving carts on the property that you can use to wheel your boxes and smaller items directly to your unit. Additionally, we have a retail office that stocks all the boxes & moving supplies you might need at the last minute, so you don't have to make extra trips.

We offer oversight of the property through video recording that covers major areas. Access to the property is restricted via electronic gated access, which only permits current customers with a valid code to enter and exit. This provides a strong level of control and monitoring of our facility.

They truly care for the grounds…yes the rent does go up after a few months but that was articulated and is no secret and honestly even as the rate increases is still cheaper then the other storage units around. Tuesday, Feb 17, 2026. Recently, I had to move into this storage because Alliance Storage off 2nd St had raised my rent from 165$ to 200$ for a 10x10 unit. ~21% increase. I prorated it to rent that I'm paying now at my duplex, 2-story house. Just out of curiosity. If that raise would've happened there, I would've ended up paying 400$ more per month =| It was a 2nd raise that I experienced there. The first one forced me to move out from 10x15 storage into a 10x10 one. That 2nd raise forced me to move out of there into this storage. I got a bigger unit, 10x15, twice cheaper, for 105-110$/mo, 50% off for the first two month, saving 90-95$/mo. Property Manager, Elizabeth, did an incredible job with helping me with everything, answering all my questions, showing me units, was very helpful. Excellent customer service. Wow. That includes other ladies who helped me there as well. Right now, I'm very happy. Can't wait to finally move out of the old storage into this one and start saving money $) PS. There is a potential price raise that could happen here. Up to 75%. I was notified about it upon my first visit. Because it's corporately owned. When this happens, I will update my review with what exact price changes did occur. Until then, I'll happily store my stuff there =J PPS. If for whatever reason you wouldn't like this storage, these are my next two storage options in that area, south/south-east of town. Either one of them are a better deal than what Alliance was going to offer me after March 1 =| 1. Mini Storage | SOUTH SIDE STORAGE. Off Badger Rd. My 2nd choice. Family owned. Prices either just went down or will go down soon. No price raise in the near future. Insurance is optional. 10x10 now - 165$/mo, soon - 145$/mo. 2. Bend Storage. Off Rolen Ave. My 3rd choice. The newest storage in the area. They opened in April 2025. Insurance is optional. 1-year price guarantee. 10x10 inside - 125$/mo, 10x10 outside (with car access) - 165$/mo.

She was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, making sure I had all the information I needed. What stood out most was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I've had. It's rare to find this level of service .

Destiney was one of the sweetest customer support workers I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. She was super clear with instructions and even went as far as to assist us with the begging of our storage journey. The units are convenient, safe, and get the job done. Also taken into account was that the Cleveland location is on a hill, so flooding seems to not be of high issue. Would definitely recommend to others!

One time, I mistakenly didn’t lock my unit properly, and they immediately contacted me via email and phone to ensure it was secured. That kind of attentiveness gives me real peace of mind. I can’t recommend this facility, and Vicki and Destiny enough. If you’re looking for storage, this is the place to go!

Unfortunately our living circumstances are changing. We'll need to store some items while we move, so I found US Storage. Their location close to our house on the SW side of Bend was convenient. Paid for the unit on the website, went in to check in, and it was so easy. Destiny was great at check in, she was professional, and I was out of the office in like 5 min. The unit was clean, the latch was a stuck. That was due to us being in winter, so I needed my multi tool to get it open. Regardless of that small thing, I'm happy with the unit, the facility, and the staff. I'd recommend for anyone needing to store things in Bend.

We've been renting at US Storage Centers on 20230 Powers Road in Bend, Oregon for several years. Recently, they discovered a problem and sent us a text message that our lock wasn't secured properly. We contacted the office and talked to Destiny, the front office employee. She went out to our unit while we were on the phone and got it taken care of immediately. Excellent service!

I originally booked a unit at Cleveland Ave facility, but when I went down to the Powers Rd office I realized it would be an easier location to pull a trailer in and out of, and avoids the traffic around the Reed Market Rd & 3rd St intersection near the Cleveland Ave. Employees at the office were very helpful and changed my reservation around no problem. Facility is well maintained and secure, feel comfortable storing here.

Went to the storage unit and was having technical difficulties with the gate. Accidents happen, tech fails… but what’s most important is how a business responds. We were pleased to be met at the gate by the manager who had been off her shift already, but she kindly went above and beyond to open the office back up to manually open the gate. She then waited for us to finish in our storage unit for 10 mins to open the gate again when we left. Did it all with a smile and immediately escalated the situation to tech team to solve the issue causing the gate malfunction. Thank you for the support :)

At the end of a working day, Destiny, the Storage Manager, delivered high quality get it done assistance. She listened to my explanation, quickly assessed as to best method to access my locked storage unit and then acted with expertise. She utilized excellent judgement as well as sound physical skills, maximizing safety. She was tactful while taking charge to solve the dilemma. She finished in 15 minutes. When I first arrived at US Storage this late afternoon, I expected to be told to return in the morning, since it was some 20 minutes until closing. Instead, Destiny was a true professional, doing whatever was needed to help a customer. She maintained her courteous attitude, communicated succinctly her plan, and then selected workable angles and approaches to cut through significant metal. Then, she executed skillfully in the cramped spaces the necessary cutting. Confident helpful attitude and quality skills to finish the job. Attitude and skill to solve a complicated problem within my time considerations. A professional combination as fine as it is rare to find these days. Thank you US Storage and Destiny. PL

The whole experience took a little longer that I expected, but that was because the power to the building went out right when they were entering my data. After that was cleared up, it was smooth sailing getting my gate code and finding my storage unit. The unit is spotless, looks like I’m the first one to rent it. The whole facility is very clean and well maintained. They have security cameras looking at every angle, so I feel good about leaving my belongings there.

I had a great experience. The front desk gentlemen was always so professional and nice. The units are very clean and I always felt safe there. I found the price to be with in a dollar or two of other facilities and much nicer. Highly recommend.

Great place!!!! Russ & Janell are great, very friendly, and they do a great job. The facility are clean, secure, and they went out of their way to get me a unit when everywhere else was full. If you need a place to store you personal or business things, I would go no where else. I rented the biggest U Haul you can get and I had no problem moving around the facility. Best Storage in Bend.

I was the client that tyty television was complaining about and I am sorry for her confusion, but I really appreciate Powers Storage for sticking to the agreement she had previously made with me regarding the 10 x 20 unit. My mom has just passed away and we are very thankful for Janell's understanding and kindness during this difficult time. We called her on a Saturday and she was very prompt in returning our call Their facility is very clean and has nice wide isleways for easy moving. And, as previously stated, the owners are very nice and easy to work with.

I have just moved my extra business inventory into a larger storage unit at the very well lighted and secured new powers road self storage facility in bend Oregon I have had 4 storage units with the same owners at another storage facility they own in town for the past few years and i felt very comfortable moving my extra inventory into the NEW POWERS ROAD SELF STORAGE. knowing it will be well protected in the gated facility with 24 hr monitored security cameras all around the facility I also like the early and late gate entry times that's very convenient

Powers Road self storage is a nice clean new facility and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Their rates are very competitive with other storage facilities in Bend Oregon. I highly recommend them.
