Thank You, we love serving our community with quality and trust. We appreciate all our customers as that is what made us a business.
Safe and secure storage.
I’ve rented a unit from this location for over 16 years and I’ve had one monthly rate increase the entire time. The other storage unit companies raise rent every couple of months. Very happy here.
Very clean and very nice staff always
Easy access, friendly prompt service, very clean area.
Bert is the man! Highly recommend this storage unit compared to those bigger name ones which we’ve used in the past.

Jared- Thank you for the review. We just upgraded our web site.
It is my pleasure to give the highest rating to Secure Storage, a storage facility, with respect to staff, unit variety, security of items, cleanliness, and customer service that goes above and beyond. It is also located in a convenient location near Costco on 48th Avenue in Hillsboro.
Due to a household emergency in March of 2021, we needed to store of all our home contents.
We appreciated the 10 different sized units and the security of our worldly possessions. Having an on-site manager that lives on the premises gave us a sense of security.
After a period of storage, I had to then downsize. When I had to work by myself, I knew I had access to immaculate bathrooms and a staff member that cared about my safety as I worked and the schedule of the clearing of the dumpsters. They were always well maintained.
We concluded our business in September of 2024, and Bert Nyembo could not have been more helpful and pleasant in easing the transition including facilitating the disposal of large items.
During one of the most difficult times in our lives, we have had our needs listened to with nothing but respect, expertise, and given solutions to the issues we had.
As another customer wrote, “keep doing exactly what you are doing and I will continue to recommend your business and location to anyone and everyone in need of a storage facility”.
Every Christmas they send out a box of chocolates to their clients and those chocolates are the best. 🎄💝

Really happy with Secure Storage- they are always friendly and the facilities are clean and welcoming.
Amazing experience with the team at Secure Storage. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. Well worth the price. In addition, they have a moving truck they allow you to use FOR FREE. Highly recommend to anyone in the Hillsboro area.
Great facility we used for over 4 years staff are very helpful and the free moving truck is an added bonus. Never had any issues while storing items here and would recommend to all!
We have used Secure Storage in Hillsboro two times to help us in selling/buying a new home. Both times we've had excellent customer service. Recently, we've dealt with Bert, and he's amazing. Takes care of everything quickly and professionally. His customer service is Outstanding!
This is the way businesses should be ran. Office person had full professionalism. I know i will go here for my storage needs and be treated as a customer that is appreciated and in return will give my business back. Very satisfied with how things went until closing. OUTSTANDING !! Outstanding! Amazing !!! Did I mention clean as a whistle
I had a great experience with Bert! I told him the type of unit I was looking for, and he went above and beyond to get it for me. Even going so far as to recommend a specific unit that was perfect for my needs. Thank you Hillsboro Secure Storage!
Greatest experience I’ve ever had renting a storage unit. No hidden fees or prices, easy to rent online, and the manager Bert made everything simple and quick, his customer service alone would be enough for me to rent here. The unit was clean, and everything was beyond expectation. Less than 4 hours between renting online and getting in a unit. I’d definitely recommend. Thank You Bert!!

Weird combination of good service and security, and low rates. Not complaining, but still, wow.
24h access is available for all units, which is amazing compared to other options.
Been customer of this place for time to time. Such wonderful service. Friendly staff. Great price. Awesome free moving van. Nothing could go wrong here!
Had a storage unit here for over 4-5years, they were always so great & helpful treating us like we were family. <3 THANK GOODNESS FOR U DAN, really we truly wanna thank you DAN for taking good care of us & our stuff/ Memories.
Top notch facility, clean as a whistle, efficient security system, easy to use. Managers are the best folks I ever worked with, rates are also best in town. Make it easy on yourself, call here first, you will have no regrets.
Customer service All-Stars! They are super friendly and fast to find you Solutions even if it is not with them. I've rented here multiple times and have been very satisfied with both the service and the grounds. They also offer some of the best rates in town.
Dan and his wife are great people
Great facility, nice people, and best prices in the area.
Clean, secure, pleasant help
I would give them 6 stars if I could. Used secure storage when we lived in hillsboro and didn't know how wonderful it was until we tried finding a place nearer Portland where me moved that is even half as nice. Had an indoor unit- nice building with good lights and flooring (not particle board like all these places by me now!), secure roll up metal door, dolly or hand truck right at the door! Managers on site always very nice and helpful, plus you get usage of a moving truck if needed - free the first time and after that it was a low cost (can't remember how much, but I remember being surprised how cheap). Door code alarms your unit as well; most secure place I've seen. And I didn't think of it as a plus at the time, but you can choose your own door code. The place we're at now wouldn't let me choose and I can never remember it. Thanks secure storage for being great for the few years we were there!
Nothing better!!!! I have been a tenant for over 10 years, and Everything has been spot on PERFECT! I can't recommend their facility highly enough. I know there a waiting list and you better get on it if you need storage.
Great storage place. People are very nice. Very secure place to store your stuff. I would recommend the place to anyone!!
I stored our things here from our move from Maryland. Safe and secure. Nice staff. And they have a military discount. Big plus in my book.
I have been with Secure Storage for about 9 months and wouldn't think about going anywhere else. The property is well maintain and very safe. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful; they have even gone as far as to waive a late fee when I had forgotten to pay on time. It is so nice to find a company that really embraces the old ways of customer care.
Secure Storage has been wonderful!!!!! I have a non profit that decorates kids Hospital rooms and Secure Storage has been so nice to donate a unit at no cost. This helps my organization out immensely. I have been with Secure Storage for 2 years and have felt safe and never have had any issues. I highly recommend Secure Storage.
