We just started renting a unit here. So far we've been very pleased with the process and the storage unit. We added our names to the wait list and the office folks kept us informed of opporutnities, until the right opportunity became available. Their communications have been proactive and the rental process was smooth. We're pleased so far.
Friendly, fast, clean and convenient. They offer a complimentary moving truck as well.
They were great to work with. We started with one unit, realized we needed a second one and they contacted us when it was available.
Awesome, easy to work with, all codes worked, and car was secure, no entry after 10pm made it even better.
Excellence in every way. I've been a customer for a year and Tammy has been a pleasure to work with.
I/we have rented from Hood River Secure Storage for over ten (10) years. This facility is equipped with all manner of utility (flood lamps, vacuum cleaners, extension cords, electrical outlets, garbage bins etc) to assist with all of your organizational/packing/moving needs. I've spent many late nights gearing for a job or an adventure without hassle.

We are very happy with Secure Storage. Tammy has been so easy to work with. The facility is easy to get in and out of. It is kept spotlessly clean. They have a truck you can use to facilitate moving things (at least they did when we signed up). I have nothing but positive things to say about them individually and the facility. Highly recommended.
Best storage facility in The Gorge. I have had a locker there for several years, and could not even think of using a different facility.
I have a had unit here since 1989. These folks always go to the mat to handle whatever question or issue you have. Tammy is the best.
I have been with “Secure Storage” for several years and the fact that I’m still with them should tell you that I like them! They are really nice to communicate with and the unit that I have is just perfect for my needs! This past summer they replaced their entire lot with new paving and it is very nice! I really like their security system where you have to punch your numbers going in and coming out and I feel that they are definitely doing a great job in providing “safety” for me when I’m there and also for my belongings when I’m not!
So if you are reading this and looking for a storage place or you know someone who is, I “highly recommend ‘Secure Storage!’”

This is my second experience renting storage space from Secure Storage in Hood River. Once again, I am impressed and very happy working with Tammy, the resident manager. She's always helpful, upbeat, and very easy to communicate with. I am relieved to have one concern off my to-do list and am confident this business relationship will be as stress-free as the first time.

Secure Storage is clean and well maintained. It's easy to contract a storage unit in person or online at their website. It's convenient to pay on the website as well.

Unlike some storage units, they are very friendly and trustworthy and not trying to scam you all the time. They returned my cleaning deposit and pro-rated my last month without any fees.

Been a customer here for years. It’s been overall a great experience. The high level of security is comforting for storing all of our valuables. I love that the staff are so accommodating and worked it out so we could use their u-haul type truck for sorting out storage in poor weather. The free monthly drawing is a fun added benefit even though in all the years of using this place I keep hoping our unit number is drawn-

Concerns have been resolved/explained. Letter of move-out was not received. Notices are sent by computer generation, not manually. Tenants are never charged unless they agree to pay. Prices are amazing. But the best part is their flexibility and free moving truck!
Great units, had mine for over 3 years, no complaints at all, it was hard to find one as good as this, in the Seattle area, and the price is pretty good as well.

Outdoor units, less expensive than some options in Hood River. There have been mice in my unit, I don't know if that can be helped though.
