Thank you for the positive review, Robert! We appreciate your business and are so pleased to hear about your experience with us!

I've used Secure Storage located in Prineville, OR, a couple of times over the past 15 years - always amazing. I've had great experiences with the staff, and the units have always been nicely taken care of, and they do a good job of holding the weather out, including the rain. They have a decent size moving truck you can use for free other than the fuel you provide for using it. I recommend this location of Secure Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit for personal items or a space for RVs, boats, and more. They do video surveillance as well as the managers do live on site with their family. So please be mindful of that when on site.

Thank you for the kind words, Mike! We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and are pleased to hear you've had a great experience!

Alishia, Thank you for your kind words. I am glad to know your stay here with us has been a comforting feeling!

I am happy with the storage, I am a bit disappointed that my monthly rate has almost doubled. I would like to see the company promote deals for long term storage members.

Karen, thank you for kind review. And thank you for being a valued tenant for the past 18 months. We truly appreciate your business. And thank you for your suggestion, I will address this with the owners. As I look over your rental history, I do see that your rent was increased by $15.00. Which was about an 11% increase and not near the 50% increase you mention above. This is by no means a small amount and we are happy to explain why the increase was put in place over the phone. If there is anything we can do here at Secure Storage to improve your time with us, please call the office and we will take the time to listen to your needs. 541.447.2200

Absolutely the nicest people to deal with and super clean facility. I have rented two units since April this year while moving into the area and now have my travel trailer in storage and have always been treated with utmost care and respect. Would recommend this business to anyone who wants their belongings to be safe and secure 24/7. Super nice young couple that runs the business. Thank you Brendan and Jennie!!!!

The managers are awesome. They are respectful, efficient and onsite and they go above and beyond to give the friendliest, most stress-free service I have ever experienced. Access into the storage entrance is easy and convenient for loading and unloading. The facility landscape is immaculately maintained. I like 24/7 access to my belongings and that they are kept in a secure and clean unit and with gated grounds. Secure Storage allows you to make payments using a variety of methods.

We have a storage unit for our furniture while we are traveling internationally. Brendan has been very helpful in answering any questions and being available for assistance. The facility is very clean and the security gates always work making the facility available even during off hours. Thanks for all the effort that goes into this great facility.
