The alarm was disconcerting but office and bathroom were great

I'm so happy with Secure Storage. I really enjoyed the manager's knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. I plan on renting additional storage within the next month. I actually have additional storage with another company and I'm completely unhappy with them, especially after my experience with Secure. The other facility is constantly raising prices and is sometimes hard to get in touch with. I actually thought a survey sent to me was from them and I expressed my displeasure. I didn't realize it was from Secure. My mistake! Taylor has been awesome. Very happy with him.

I have rented from Secure Storage for almost a year and they have been incredible with the service, security, and safety they provide. I have been extremely grateful and pleased with being able to have a place to store my belongings.

Friendly staff. Clean units easy to access. Lovely landscaped and securely fenced property. In-person and assistance by telephone gives the feeling that staff care (because they do). Having a manager live on site provides that extra layer of security, assistance, and oversight.

I like this storage unit

Jem and Taylor were incredible!!! We are so grateful for their help. My aunt stored at this facility for many years and she recently passed. Jem gave us all of the information we needed to be able to get the proper documentation so that she could allow us into the unit. Taylor was very helpful and he also gave us waters and some candy to keep us fueled for our 8hour trip home after clearing out the unit. It’s silly, but it’s such a wonderful and thoughtful touch to what was a very hard circumstance.

Jem is a gem! I've used Secure Storage for over 10 years. Jem provides outstanding customer service. She exceeds my expectations every time I talk to her or visit their office. Taylor is another great person here. If I have a concern, he works with me to fix or explain the situation. This is a SUPER TEAM. I'd give them a 12 if the scale went above 10.

Great family run facility (you can tell its not large corp owned) - consistent in cleanliness and the office staff is very responsive! I like that my price didn't go up when they raised their prices. I also like that the security is not just on the gate but also individual sheds.

Amazing staff!!! It was raining the day I moved my items into my storage unit, and Bill came to the rescue (without asking) with several extra tarps to cover my belongings and protect them from the rain. Clean and secure storage facility. My only issue is the automatic billing. I thought it would be easier. BEWARE. I moved my things out and swept the unit and informed the office. The lady in the office wanted me to fill out a piece of paper stating which unit I moved out of and my current address which I did. A couple days later I was looking at my bank account and they are still charging me for the unit. The excuse? The day I moved out was not a working day and they will be glad to refund me in 2 - 3 weeks. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable. If you make a mistake you should make it right immediately.

Lot of good things to say about secure storage; always an even temperature to keep things right. They always have carts to carry things in like we do if you have an inside space. Plenty of room and unlike some places very clean. Highly recommend their storage units.

This is how a storage facility should be run. Very friendly manager, clean and secure facilities, and the right price. They only charge for the time you use the unit, as opposed to every other place I’ve rented from that charges an entire month even if you are moving out.

They are just simply the best storage in Redmond. Very clean. Very friendly. The office offers free coffee and hot chocolate. Their restroom is very clean also. They also have a free moving truck you can use.

Although I have only been using this business since December, I have been extraordinarily impressed with the operation. The managers are very responsive, efficient, and helpful. The premises themselves are tidy and well kept. The added bonus was the ability to use the 15 ft moving truck, which was extremely helpful! I'm very happy with my experiences thus far.

I feel Secure Storage is a very safe place for my new RV. Scott called me when an inside space became avail, and I took it immediately. Lots of cameras 📷. I feel very comfortable having my $50K investment stored there.

We were very happy to get into Secure Storage after being on the waiting list for awhile. It is secure with fencing and gate requiring an individual password, well maintained and so easy to access and park our RV. Managers Scott and Jenny are friendly and efficient. We love the autopayment plan with email receipts so we know we always have a place to come home to. I highly recommend this facility.

We've had our RV stored here for almost 2 years now. Very nice facility, large spaces with VERY wide isles so plenty of room to back our trailer in without having to jockey back and forth. Reasonable rates and security seems top notch. We have had no issues and we never worry about the trailer while it is in storage.
