Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

So far so good except that I was promised a unit outside the fence as soon as it was finished with maintenance which was later that day and it was rented to someone else. So now again I was told I would be notified as soon as another one becomes available so we will see.

Jerry and his office staffer are competent, professional and know their jobs well. Any questions I had were addressed directly and without delay. These qualities aren't found in as many places as they should be and are the main reasons I would recommend US Storage to others.

It was okay. The website didn't make absolutely clear what the fees would entail, but I have come to expect that. Jerry, who signed me up, was very pleasant and helpful, so that is definitely a plus!!!

I had a wonderful experience! Very kind, helpful, no agenda/not trying to sell-up, and easy process! It is also fantastic that you can set-up auto pay and have keyless entry with an app. The hours are convenient and very reasonably priced. I will refer anyone I know to US Storage Centers.

Jerry was a God sent! I have difficulty with visual space, he walked me thru several units without making me feel stupid. He also clarified an erroneous text without hesitation. And he called me by name on our second meeting. As a senior I felt well respected.

Your storage units are no where near the dimensions that are advertised. I looked at a 5x6 unit and what i had to store was 4.8 feet and it didn’t fit. Even diagonally.

Jerry was very helpful in the initial process of getting quotes. The grounds just went through a repaving process and although it shut down the site for a few days it looks great. The company they hired swept some debris into my storage units during the paving process. After giving some feedback they worked with me apologizing for the mess and even offering to help clean the unit. Very professional.

My experience was fine. The monthly insurance and admin fees were a bit of an ambush and essentially reversed the 50% discount for the first two months. The Jerry was professional and helpful, the property was very clean, and secure.

Jerry should get a promotion and teach others how run a storage center the place is very clean and no Hassle free very professional I have used lots of storage facilities in the past there were all way’s problems It ont took about 10 mins including the phone call for availability and filling out the paperwork that’s fast I even had my girlfriend get a unit.

I have had a great experience. Move was last minute and this business was friendly, efficient and a lifesaver for me. They made a tense situation disappear. The unit was clean and large enough to store a large home full of furniture. If I need to store belongings again, I will call them first. My belongings are safe and secure and waiting for a new home to close. Super!!!

A) I had a hard time reaching the property manager at 10AM to move in. He eventually (15 min) showed up at the gate.
B) because of the recent property purchase, all transactions had to be cash only, very inconvenient. Promises were given it would change soon,
C) Property was clean and accessible,
D) The 5x10 unit I have could seriously use at least one ceiling light. It is very dark because it is an Inside unit. I took a LED lantern there and left it in the unit.
