Ended up not needing storage unit, but had already set up and paid for several months in advance. Once I realized we no longer needed it, the customer service was beyond amazing! Staff was understanding of my situation and refunded my payment automatically. If I needed storage in the future, I would utilize them.

celeste is awesome the day we came. It was raining outside and my daughter forgot her jacket. She loaned my daughter a jacket so we can unload our truck being that my daughter is only 12 she was very helpful.

The female staff claims to be the property manager is very highly inflexible. After I told her multiple times that I already used US storage in Montana, and I have a profile, she still charged me the admin charges of 24 dollars and charged me for the insurance, after told her I have renters insurance for $100,000. I would like to get the refund for these two amounts total of $36.00.

Overall very good. The process was easy to sign up, but the rules are a problem. U.S. storage centers website literally say lithium batteries are not prohibited. Nothing was said about it during signup. Yes i just received an email from celeste thatcall lithium batteries are prohibited. Blatently hiding requirements under a blanket term is misleading at best, and false advertising at worse. You do realize lithium batteries are in every laptop, tablet, tool, kitchen gadget, decor, just about everything. So i feel mislead and i would not recommend us storage to anyone.

Celeste the manager is incredible! A GREAT ASSET to company. She's very friendly and helpful in whatever that needs to be done. She's very knowledgeable about her job and the business! The premises are very clean she seems to be "on top" of what goes on there. I would definitely recommend that US Storage site to others!

Reserving our unit was so easy! We filled out our paperwork, got our lock and keys, and filled our unit in less than an hour. I really like that the manager is always on site too and there's a lot of cameras!

Upset and frustrated. When I came in I was supposed to get the first two months half off. Instead only got the first month half off. And the person entering in my information took forever and a day… nearly two hours. Claiming that the system keeps erasing my data. He had to start over several times because he didn’t add the promo discount. Instead of just walking away I let it pass so I could move forward with my move. I’m still very unhappy with the deal he gave me.

They seem to not be staffed most of the time. Hard to find someone in the office! The second month there a man there worked and struggled with computer and would not take my payment ….said it was not correct…. I Waited and said I would make another trip back in a couple days. Then a girl was there …. It was correct and she took payment!

When US Storage took over my facility I was renting from, my rent went up $12 a month. Upon move out we discovered that US Storage took it upon themselves to charge me $12 a month for insurance when they had my current renters insurance policy on file. I am an insurance agent… I had/have coverage the entirety of the time I was renting from this company and the last company. When I called to request my money back I was advised there was nothing they could do. I will never rent from another US Storage facility.

My positive recommendation is purely based on the courteous service provided by your local representative. I have no knowledge of your company’s business , other than the fact that you have not yet done anything to improve your (sometime) challenging entrance. A brief discussion with another one of your company representatives, at the time of your original take-over, stated that such an improvement would be a priority.

I really appreciate the helpful office staff. I like the pest control set up. The yards a relatively neat & clean. There is a small trailer that has been looking "undone" in the far north field near the water/ditch. Not a danger (hopefully), or not a problem for me but, it just seems visually tachy, at best. Having three units, now, & having the rent increase on my first two units has been a hardship on me financially, as I am on a meager, fixed income,, retired,, recently divorced & older'ish😉. However, I am in the process of applying for a low-inome apartment, so I can soon inventory, keep-to-move, donate/sell, consolidate-to-store or toss & downsize to one smaller unit. I will be working on my units soon, as the weather allows. Are there any US Storage Centers in the Willamina, Sheridan or Dallas area? Thank you for reading my comments/feedback. The property manager was amazing and very helpful. She was very busy but made sure she helped me get into a unit quickly. She even came in her day off to open my unit when a mistake was made by her assistant. She is what great customer service is!!!

Excellent experience working with Mindy Richard’s. She was personable, helpful, and compassionate while making the arrangements for an additional unit we needed due to a death in our family.
I have rented multiple storage and boat units at this same location over the last 7.5 years.
I do wish that US Storage continued the same policy as Blossom Storage and provided a discounted rate to long-term customers or pay six months in advance. Please consider.

The gal working the front desk was so polite. She offered to take me to the storage unit ( by the way of a golf cart ) that I was looking at to rent to see if it would fit my needs.It fit my needs so I rented it.The only thing that I was skeptical about was there is broken down / wrecked trucks n travel trailers by my rented storage unit.It was way in back by where the homeless encampment was but not anymore. It even looked like the homeless live on the grounds.It needs cleaned up a bit especially in the back where my storage unit is. But this is the second time we rented storage units there n had a good experience last time is why I went back.But the gal made my day. Heck I went in n got insurance on my unit for a piece of mine because nowadays you never know what and might happen( she even there on her day off )she has Integrity n was pleasant to work with. Thank you n I will pass my experience to others.
