So far we haven’t had the most decent experience. The property MANAGER came out raving at us when we had our lovers follow us in. When my wife ( a retired disabled army vet ) told her she had no need to be rude, she said “ yes I do” and continued to be rude. She did call and apologize but at the same time there was no need for that to begin with. Kindness goes a long way and someone first impression of you is everything and that didn’t sit well with us. The company is making her take class to better communicate with customers she said but even then you could tell she was trying her hardest to be nice and gold back the rudeness. If we weren’t disabled and had the man power to move our belongings we honestly would. But it’s already there so it is what it is. We just hope to not run into her again. The man on customer service who helped us get the storage though was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. Even the man checking us in the first night, he was nice. I am honestly very discouraged at her actions because moving across us Us was stressful enough like to add the stress of her rudeness. All in all we like the storage size and price is okay.

I FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE GOOD REASONABLE LOW RATES ON YOUR 10 X 10 UNITS WHICH IS WHAT I CURRENTLY AM RENTING NOW WITH YOU. THE STAFF IS GREAT AND CELESTE IS ON TOP OF THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING OR ABOUT TO HAPPEN OUT IN THE YARD WHERE THE UNITS ARE. I DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. They seem to not be staffed most of the time. Hard to find someone in the office! The second month there a man there worked and struggled with computer and would not take my payment ….said it was not correct…. I Waited and said I would make another trip back in a couple days. Then a girl was there …. It was correct and she took payment!

When US Storage took over my facility I was renting from, my rent went up $12 a month. Upon move out we discovered that US Storage took it upon themselves to charge me $12 a month for insurance when they had my current renters insurance policy on file. I am an insurance agent… I had/have coverage the entirety of the time I was renting from this company and the last company. When I called to request my money back I was advised there was nothing they could do. I will never rent from another US Storage facility.

My positive recommendation is purely based on the courteous service provided by your local representative. I have no knowledge of your company’s business , other than the fact that you have not yet done anything to improve your (sometime) challenging entrance. A brief discussion with another one of your company representatives, at the time of your original take-over, stated that such an improvement would be a priority.

I really appreciate the helpful office staff. I like the pest control set up. The yards a relatively neat & clean. There is a small trailer that has been looking "undone" in the far north field near the water/ditch. Not a danger (hopefully), or not a problem for me but, it just seems visually tachy, at best. Having three units, now, & having the rent increase on my first two units has been a hardship on me financially, as I am on a meager, fixed income,, retired,, recently divorced & older'ish😉. However, I am in the process of applying for a low-inome apartment, so I can soon inventory, keep-to-move, donate/sell, consolidate-to-store or toss & downsize to one smaller unit. I will be working on my units soon, as the weather allows. Are there any US Storage Centers in the Willamina, Sheridan or Dallas area? Thank you for reading my comments/feedback. The property manager was amazing and very helpful. She was very busy but made sure she helped me get into a unit quickly. She even came in her day off to open my unit when a mistake was made by her assistant. She is what great customer service is!!!

Excellent experience working with Mindy Richard’s. She was personable, helpful, and compassionate while making the arrangements for an additional unit we needed due to a death in our family.
I have rented multiple storage and boat units at this same location over the last 7.5 years.
I do wish that US Storage continued the same policy as Blossom Storage and provided a discounted rate to long-term customers or pay six months in advance. Please consider.

The gal working the front desk was so polite. She offered to take me to the storage unit ( by the way of a golf cart ) that I was looking at to rent to see if it would fit my needs.It fit my needs so I rented it.The only thing that I was skeptical about was there is broken down / wrecked trucks n travel trailers by my rented storage unit.It was way in back by where the homeless encampment was but not anymore. It even looked like the homeless live on the grounds.It needs cleaned up a bit especially in the back where my storage unit is. But this is the second time we rented storage units there n had a good experience last time is why I went back.But the gal made my day. Heck I went in n got insurance on my unit for a piece of mine because nowadays you never know what and might happen( she even there on her day off )she has Integrity n was pleasant to work with. Thank you n I will pass my experience to others.
