Plutarco was such a great help. I needed something fast and inexpensive and he walked me through the units and we went over prices. Got it all done during my lunch break. The unit is perfect for what I need it for. The building has easy access to unload and load items. I was really impressed.

At first it was safe and reassuring. But after the break in and me not being there for more then a week. It was frustrating, it put me back big time in life as well. Going forward, I feel to help more SECURE your facility. You need to make it where your locks are included in the down payment or admin payment. If you would have done that in the first place, over 20 of your customer storages wouldn’t have been broken into. I spent more on a lock at Lowe’s for extra security not knowing the locks yall had were the best option. Yall need to do better with your security, and who ever doesn’t want to go about your rules don’t need to rent out. Fix these problems and it’s a 10/10. Brandy was amazing, the manager kind of a dick. Need better training in basic humanity.

Safety Gate : Needs an exit code, due to closing delay as well as opening Lights : Rear exterior based on Residential fencing truck bay door at driveway. Lights in the stairwell second floor dark. You close at 10pm. Lighting in storage unit non industrial. I was told you don’t have to include lights. This 2023 and I am military / commercial business owner I have never has a climate control storage without lighting.🐂

The process was simple and quick. Honestly had came in just to look and get information and ended up leaving with a storage unit in less than 20 minutes. Access to our unit is easy and convenient as well even when the office is closed.

It was fantastic. Both the manager and taco were fabulous. I feel 100% confident of leaving my belongings in your facility. It was easy to obtain from another city taco made it transaction simple I’m selling a house and buying a house and the amount of stress that comes with that is unfathomable.
