THE 2ND LEVEL IS COOLING MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE AND IS DECENT. THE RESTROOMS ARE CLEAN AND ALWAYS HAVE HANDSOAP AND PAPER TOWELS FOR ONE'S CONVENIENCE. CRYSTAL & WENDY ARE REALLY NICE, UPBEAT, AND HELPFUL TO ANY ISSUES I MIGHT HAVE REGARDING MY STORAGE UNIT AND FACILITY IN GENERAL. First off, the site manager Crystal was very polite, kind and helpful to me! The prices for climate control units are great. That was a plus as well. This is a new adventure and I'm grateful for this storage in helping to put things in order .

safe space storage is always a adventure to be sure. but it does keep my belingings safe secured and in good order. the manager crystal is a delight to work with. she is super helpful and always willing to find a way to do a little more for her tenants. the stars are mostly given for that help in general. thanks alot!!

We needed a storage in order to make room for family members that will be moving in with us temporarily. Both my husband and I was sceptical about putting some of our belongings into storage. After speaking with Crystal we felt much better . She went above and beyond to help us. She explained everything to us in detail. She has great customer service . She is very kind and sweet as well.The property was very clean which made us more comfortable. The prices are great. It was an easy process . Had an amazing experience.

Great walk in experience, with the two lady’s being really helpful. Also had a really nice new restroom upstairs, they also had a convenient big elevator along with dolly’s for transportation ! Definitely the best in town if you need to get in quick and smooth

Just moved to the area and I am so glad I chose this facility!! Not only is it beautiful on the outside but the interior is exceptionally clean. Crystal was amazing and definitely made the entire process from inquiry to move-in to even after the sale so smooth and easy. And most importantly, I am able to relax and rest easy because I have zero concerns regarding my personal items being stored safely and securely here. So far so good!!!! Crystal was AWESOMENESS!!!!! I was freaking out because my "friend" told me to be out of her house by June 30th, 2024. When she originally told me I could be rent free for June then go to month to month $300 a moth for rent!!!!! Especially after my husband just passed away and I have no income, no family and now nowhere to live. Thank you to Crystal for understanding, being way nice.

Safe space storage is beyond phenomenal they worked with me on the free move-in truck and I was able to get my stuff moved in and Crystal at the sunrise mall location was awesome with the process for the moving truck!! Definitely recommend safe space storage!! ❤️
