The staff was very accommodating. I rented a storage spot for my motorhome. There was only one thing that disappointed me. My lease started on February 15, 2024; however, when I got back to where the motorhome was parked, it had been towed. The city’s storage facility couldn’t find my motorhome. I finally got it on February 26, 2024. When I asked the manager to change my lease date due to 11 days that I had nothing stored there, she said that she couldn’t do it. 😩

Great....this is our 3rd time storing with you guys and can't ask for better service. The only thing that is a bit upsetting is the fact that there is no numbered spots where we can see. I know you paid a company to do it but they did a very poor job. That's the only negative thing I can say but that's more about the company you hired than you.

Shelly was more than helpful with the whole experience finding a solution for me even if availability was not ideal. She even helped me while I was backing my trailer into the storage unit. Obviously I don’t expect it continuously but it is refreshing now a days to meet someone that does their job to the best of their abilities. I can say that Shelly was the deciding factor between US storage and a competitor closer to the highway.

I didn’t like that my payment would go up every 6 months however because of Shelly, the sight manager, who has talked me off the ledge and has been the absolute best manager providing the best service. Because of her taking great care of me and caring about me as a customer I am staying at your facility. The previous store managers didn’t give a flip about me and my concerns. To them I was just another paying customer.

If it was not for the wonderful office staff Shelly I would not have good things to say. When we arrived for check in The code did not work. The people at your call sender were not helpful and very snotty. After five calls and waiting for 45 minutes someone finally got a hold of Shelly for us and she rushed over to get us in the gate. She gave us a temporary code to get into our RV spot until the issue was resolved.

Fantastic promotions for new units! I was able to get a much larger unit than anticipated with my budget and fit everything I needed with ease, instead of spending hours on end cramming everything into a much smaller area. Grateful for the two-month 50% discount. Our time with US Storage wasn't perfect. We had our registration sticker stolen and had something small stolen off our pop up once. However you guys responded well and changed your procedures to provide more security. In addition, your spaces are so large. Much nicer than othr storage spots.

We were very pleased with the support that we received from the US Storage employee who worked with us to secure a space for our trailer. We were stranded in San Antionio when our truck broke down leaving us with no way to bring our trailer home. US Storage made it possible for us to leave our trailer in a safe space while we work with the dealership to get our truck replaired.

I have been at this location for many yrs. The experience here has been good. I do like the option that i have to pay. the access to the facilities is good for me. I have just rented an RV storage space and have been told that it is secure for my RV even though there have been thief on the facilities. In my 10 plus years i have been at this location it has been a safe at my storage. I would request that the lights at my location be fix. there are 4-lights out. i wish that the doors on my storage would be adjusted so that the doors would not bind at the top of the doors.

There was an attempt to break into our RV the second month we were with your firm. Some damage to the RV.
