We offer storage rental on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into a long-term lease agreement.

Q. Am I allowed to place shelving in my storage unit?
A. Absolutely! Some people put shelving in their units to help organize their space.
Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

My experience from the moment I drove into parking lot and glanced around I a saw a difference in how entire property was well kept. Office was fresh, extremely clean and customer service was outstanding, quick and helpful. I live on Northside of town, despite the distance I will not rent from any other place. Thank you! The property manager at your location wasn’t helpful. I tried to upgrade to a bigger unit and she simply said no. Add that to the fact that I had waited for her since the office was supposed to be open and simply put, I don’t believe I was treated fairly.

Well the renting and the customer service was great. I was able to get a storage unit up front which was good because I'm a single woman. But the lady said she was going to sweep it out and spray because someone had just moved out of it. I didn't actually move stuff in until like the 3rd or 4th day it had not been swept out and there was giant spiders & spider webs all on the inside of the door and the sides of the walls and I was really disappointed because I have to get a broom myself and sweep it out I didn't have one at the time so I could only stick a few boxes in there and I am not putting my stuff in there with those big giant spiders and eggs everywhere. Also the door is extremely hard to push up I think it needs to be oiled and the rope that you grab to pull it down with broke on one side and being that I kind of have issues with my shoulders I need to get that fixed. It's under new management and a few days ago I saw that the dumpster was locked which I see no reason to be locked how r other ppl suppose to get of their trash or keep their unit clean. I am very organized but I was with this storage over a yr. Last yr. And it ran pretty good and it was always nice and neat clean and they left the dumpster open 24/7
