Literally amazing. I have no idea how my house I bought 5 years ago passed inspection. There is literally no insulation up there. Two weeks ago, I went up into the attic to run some cable wires for the video cameras that I installed on the house and while I was up, there realized that my attic has no insulation, I could literally see the drywall from the ceiling inside the house with no insulation on top of it, within two weeks that situation is fixed. The guys came out and did an amazing job. It took him an hour to do. I cannot wait to see my first energy bill because having no insulation to completely covered with insulation it’s gonna do wonders. The salesman was professional. The installers was were professional. The supervisor followed up. I have received a phone call from corporate about having the job completed. Everybody seemed to be involved and communicating, and it was seamless the guys cleaned up afterwards and was gone wham Bam thank you ma’am that’s how it’s done.

I loved the place itself that I have a temp control climate control one and it’s wonderful for the price. Also, I had some billing issues that I had to work on and Tiana helped me today and she was amazing. She handled everything for me. Highly recommend Safe Space Storage on Valley Mills Dr!! Angie was super helpful and provided wonderful customer service! I’ve had a few different storages the past 10 years & this is by far my favorite. Units are climate control and easily accessible.

My experience at Safe Space Storrage has been exceptional. I relocated my items from a nearby storage facility and have been pleased with my choice. I am now renting a much larger unit and paying less each month. The facility is always clean and feels safe and secure. As an added bonus, the customer service here is always top notch. Angie is always ready and willing to assist with anything I need. Lastly, I am a huge fan of the acccess hours. Being able to come later (until 10pm) has been super helpful.

Safe space storage is very accommodating. The staff there are patient and work with you every step of the way. The pricing is reasonable. The only issue I had was when I left a wardrobe box there for someone else to use and they charged me $50.

The Property Manager is wonderful. The lady knows her stuff & is very informative of the facility & help accommodate you with exactly what you need. A young girl was being very rude towards her, but if I may so myself she handled the situation better than I would! Definitely have to give credit when due, and she definitely deserves it. Safe Space was a convenient and easy way for storing items during breaks from college. Even when there was a communication breakdown, they were quick to resolve the issue. It is not having issues that is a problem, rather it is always in the response and resolution. The resolution was quick and communicated clearly.

This is a great facility. It is very clean and well maintained. My daughter goes to Baylor and this was a perfect choice for our summer storage needs. Unica was so kind and accommodating when we came and looked at the facility when I was out visiting. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other Baylor families, and we will definitely use Safe Space Storage again in the future.

Ellen Grubs was just about to go on lunch break when she saw us park. She was kind and considerate enough to delay her break and get us settled with a unit within just minutes. She clearly described everything my friend needed to know, and now we're all set up!!! I was even educated on how to find storage unit auctions online!

This place has been great! They have lots of safety measures in place and the staff is very helpful! They also have a rentable truck that makes moving into the unit A LOT easier! They are also very affordable and in a great location if you are a Baylor student! We have had a couple of communication mishaps throughout the time that I have been there but the staff was very workable and remedied the different situations quickly. I definitely recommend getting a unit here!!

Great facility to store at & friendly staff!

I moved into Safe Space Storage March 2023. I was originally only planning on using it for a couple of months but ended up having to extend and out off all the places I looked up they had the cleanest, and safest facility. Reserving a unit as well as vacating was super simple and easy. I would recommend Safe Space Storage and I would use them again in the future.

This facility is clean, safe, and has mgmt who are able to work with clients needs. It’s easy to access but still is very secure. it was a great place for my short term storage needs

Went to ask about getting a small storage unit, wasn't looking for anything too big and Chris helped me and gave me some help on EXACTLY what I was looking for, super friendly, very nice customer service from him. I've called a few other places and nobody was as eager to help me as he was! 10/10 recommend if anyone is looking for something for a good price and excellent customer service :)
