Not only did she help us find a unit for grandma, but also helped a few folks with their locks as we were touring the units. We had a unit at Cube for about a year and had a great experience! The facility was always so clean and easy to access - Policies were clear and flexible! Ben helped us get everything taken care of at move-out and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend renting a unit - we had never rented a storage unit before but everyone we worked with explained how everything worked clearly, and were super transparent! SUPER FRIENDLY!!! My gish, if ur in need of storage, this is the place... super clean, it's big...so u can get a semi or 4 in the place for loading and unloading, which is neat!!! I'm movin on up!!! The only thing, no vehicle storage at the time this review was generated... based on my experience here, it's a no brainer... Great customer service is my pet peave... these guys exude class... I just started renting a storage unit from a cubes and it was extremely easy and nice. I went in and was shown all different sizes of units and they got me a unit as close as possible to the elevator. They supply hand carts for easy moving and it’s easy and fast to get into. They also have a bunch of safety features that make me feel like my stuff is going to be totally safe. I love cubes storage!

Cubes Storage is an excellent storage option! I had a unit at the Draper location for a little over two years. The premise was always clean, the carts are always available, the elevators always worked. The staff is very nice and attentive. They have a variety of unit sizes and prices are competitive. Very friendly service and easy to use. I like that its all indoor storage and not just units that open to the street. Its also very handy that they provide dollys/carts for moving your boxes and a truck that you can rent for free. Especially since the price is comparable to other nearby storage units that don't offer all the extra features.

I love this storage company! They have been really amazing to me and family for keeping our things here since it opened and really helpfully if you need a smaller or big unit during the time. Christian has been one the main person that has always been there to help me in anything and has always been really good on communicating if something has happen and always always super friendly and cheerful! I strongly recommend this place! It always very clean and trustworthy!

We searched out several storage places to help handle our business needs when COVID forced our office to close. The Draper Cubes team was 100% ready an willing to help us. The facility is secure and the staff offers some of the best customer service I have seen in Salt Lake County, period.

Would highly recommend this storage facility! The staff is wonderful (especially Christian who went above and beyond to help us.), the controlled temp units are great in making sure our items don’t get ruined. Clean, well maintained, temp controlled units. Property stays up to date. Safety measures taken to make sure your unit is secure and safe. Free use of their moving truck when moving in. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Communication was on point. The most pleasant experience we've ever had with a storage facility.

There is no storage facility quite like cubes. The units are extremely clean, secure and well managed. Christian at the Draper location is an all-star employee! We ship a number of things directly to our unit and they are carefully handled and properly put away. Would highly recommend!

Great storage facility, very clean, well kept, lots of available carts to use even when there are multiple people loading/unloading. Pricing was extremely reasonable. The lock for your unit is provided and security is very tight. If your unit is unlocked but your PIN to get into the building/use the elevator, was not entered an alarm will sound throughout the building. I'll definitely be using cube smart in the future if ever needed again. Only reason we canceled, was because we've moved across the valley and don't need a storage unit anymore. Which I should also add cancelation was so easy and instant - thanks Ben for your help & making the move out seamless and easy.

Totally have loved this place a lot. The employees are fantastic to work with. Very nice and polite. We worked with Ashley and she helped with whatever questions we had. The place was also clean which was a game changer from other places we looked at. I usually don’t do reviews but I had to for this one. Totally would recommend this place to everyone.
