Not your grandpa's dusty old storage units. The facilities are fresh, modern, secure, clean and well lit. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to inspect a unit I was interested in, and walked out with a lease and keys in hand less than 30 minutes later. Ben there made the entire experience quick and hassle free. We recently went through one of the most exhausting moves of our lives and somehow ended up needing THREE storage units 😅 at US Storage Centers on 700 E in Draper. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! First, this facility is IMMACULATE. The units are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, secure, and honestly far nicer than I ever expected a storage facility to be. We felt completely comfortable leaving so much of our life and belongings there. But the real stars are Benjamin and Adam! 🏆 Their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, patient, accommodating, incredibly helpful, and genuinely KIND during a time when we were completely exhausted and overwhelmed. They even offered us the use of their moving truck FOR FREE, which was an enormous help! And as a dog mom, extra bonus points: they were SO sweet and welcoming to my dog. 🐶❤️ That tells me everything I need to know about good humans! It’s easy to provide customer service when everything is simple. It’s something entirely different to make people feel cared for when they’re stressed, exhausted, and in the middle of a massive life transition. Benjamin and Adam did exactly that. First time using a storage unit and I am very impressed with how clean the facility is and how helpful the property manager is! The process of moving has been made easy with the help of the free moving truck and the facility's ease of use. I have confidence that my stuff will be safe and stay clean whilst storing here. I was a little worried about being a second floor storage area but the elevator is huge and accommodating for large furniture. Good prices too!

Sign up and initial set up went well, Ben was very helpful and patient with my elderly mother. However, when our move day arrived and we tried to enter using our assigned code things did not go so well. The code did not work and to make matters worse, the office was closed (though their posted hours clearly showed they should have been open) so there was no one available onsite to assist. I understand the employee had a medical issue but unfortunately that is not our issue. I was able to reach a customer service agent on the phone however the first 3 codes they provided also did not work. Finally they were able to provide a working code, but by this time we had wasted an hour and as I was paying a moving company by the hour, it cost us. US Storage did give us credit for that hour. Rating would be higher were it not for the issue. The facility is clean and seems as though moving forward it will be a good place.

We have been at US Storage for several years now with my Dad's stuff as he has downsized over the years moving into a Senior Living Center. The facilities are so clean and the service is excellent. Recently my dad passed away and we have gone through all of his stuff. We're not quite ready to be done with the storage need but needed to move into a much smaller unit. The transition to the smaller unit was so easy - the customer service was fantastic. They allowed us to transfer what we had paid on the larger unit with a mid-month move and apply it to the smaller unit. Changing the lock and the code to get into the facility was very simple. I would strongly recommend US Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility. The cleanliness and the friendly service was beyond expectations. My recent experience with Ben at that facility could NOT have gone better or smoother. Thanks US Storage!!!

Amazing service! The staff is so helpful, even after visiting a couple of times. They answered all my questions and showed me multiple units without any hesitation. The units are cleaner than any other storage facilities in the Draper area, and they offer so many size options plus climate-controlled units. We had a unit at Cube for about a year and had a great experience! The facility was always so clean and easy to access - Policies were clear and flexible! Ben helped us get everything taken care of at move-out and did a fantastic job! SUPER FRIENDLY!!! My gish, if ur in need of storage, this is the place... super clean, it's big...so u can get a semi or 4 in the place for loading and unloading, which is neat!!! I'm movin on up!!! The only thing, no vehicle storage at the time this review was generated... based on my experience here, it's a no brainer... Great customer service is my pet peave... these guys exude class... I immediately trusted the gal... had they had vehicle storage, id cancel my other place and move over immediately. Oh, plus!!! ...its climate controlled! I just started renting a storage unit from a cubes and it was extremely easy and nice. I went in and was shown all different sizes of units and they got me a unit as close as possible to the elevator. They supply hand carts for easy moving and it’s easy and fast to get into. They also have a bunch of safety features that make me feel like my stuff is going to be totally safe. I love cubes storage!

Great people. Christian is my favorite. Always polite and there to help. I wish they had the bathrooms available for guests during non after hours. I would give five stars if this was the case.

Absolutely fantastic. Well cared for place, very professional, always prompt to respond. Even though our unit was on the third floor, surprisingly was pretty easy to move in and move out. Cubes is a very professional and tightly run operation. The units, hallways, lobby, and bathrooms are clean; security is thorough without being intrusive; elevators, gates, and keypads always work; billing and access are automated and easy; and every staff member I’ve interacted with is accommodating, competent, and awesome (Christian, Ben, and Ashley).

Cubes Storage is an excellent storage option! I had a unit at the Draper location for a little over two years. The premise was always clean, the carts are always available, the elevators always worked. The staff is very nice and attentive. They have a variety of unit sizes and prices are competitive. If I needed a unit again I wouldn’t hesitate to sign up with Cubes again. They’re great.

Great experience renting a space here. Ben was very friendly and professional. I was able get a good space for what I needed... Clean with climate control. It was a bonus being able to use their truck to move my items from my office to the storage unit!

Very friendly service and easy to use. I like that its all indoor storage and not just units that open to the street. Its also very handy that they provide dollys/carts for moving your boxes and a truck that you can rent for free. Especially since the price is comparable to other nearby storage units that don't offer all the extra features.

I love this storage company! They have been really amazing to me and family for keeping our things here since it opened and really helpfully if you need a smaller or big unit during the time. There is no storage facility quite like cubes. The units are extremely clean, secure and well managed. Christian at the Draper location is an all-star employee! We ship a number of things directly to our unit and they are carefully handled and properly put away. Would highly recommend!

Great storage facility, very clean, well kept, lots of available carts to use even when there are multiple people loading/unloading. Pricing was extremely reasonable. The lock for your unit is provided and security is very tight. If your unit is unlocked but your PIN to get into the building/use the elevator, was not entered an alarm will sound throughout the building. I'll definitely be using cube smart in the future if ever needed again. Only reason we canceled, was because we've moved across the valley and don't need a storage unit anymore. Which I should also add cancelation was so easy and instant - thanks Ben for your help & making the move out seamless and easy.

Totally have loved this place a lot. The employees are fantastic to work with. Very nice and polite. We worked with Ashley and she helped with whatever questions we had.
