The first gentleman that did my paperwork was very pleasant, however the on-site manager not quite the same. Also the doors we needed to enter in order to access our unit were inoperable. It took longer for our movers to unload the truck. More time means more money.

Most importantly the young man D.W. took time away from his lunch break to assist with the task of opening a new rental unit, which he explained he was a floating employee covering management duties on their days off. His knowledge of the position should be recognized by his supervisor as professional and thorough with the company’s policies. Last month, I paid $888 for rent of my three storage spaces. This month, I'm paying close to a $1000 a month. When will this? And I'm told every 6 months it will raise. I'm on a fixed income i'm retired.
