It's quite pleasant although the timing on how long u can be in the storage is a bit insane but as long as your not there for an hour and a half searching for tax docs you should be great! Bobbi is great and always a pleasure tho! And it's good pricing! ( If you do it online)

I feel very very angry I was told wrong wrong information they sold my unit that I ordered now I'm in a bigger one now I'm have to pay again because I was told bogus information I've been called a liar there all the way around I ain't even have my storage a week and I can't even get into my storage already because they locked me out saying that I already owe $72 and something and I just went in on the 1st of November and got this storage this is the one at 2331 West Indian School road p

Well, that’s really remarkable about the location or the experience and the tail wags the dog which I’m not into. I also not able to use one of the only amenities, not particularly remarkable facility and experience and that would’ve been the moving truck which was not loaned out due to Melissa receiving a vague notice from the insurance company. The amount of time wasted to get to the bottom of that, and then mitigate the negative outcomes would have been able to produce absolutely earth shattering positive outcomes, and other places for me, but I had to waste time and money, playing phone tag and then renting a U-Haul truck to replace the one of yours that I was entitled to and there’s nothing wrong with

Didn’t like the unprofessionalism from the management, not only did the couple smell like alcohol but I was 5 minutes over 9pm and got yelled like I was a 5 year old kid and threatened . The outburst and reaction from the management was extremely disturbing, I’m not sure what I walked in to on the premise but the way I surprised them told me I was interrupting something. Also the gate let me in after hour and that’s why I thought it was before 9pm because I didn’t realize it was that late seeing the gate was open and there were other people on property with manager so I apologized and said it won’t happen again. The belligerent attitude and slurred words were upsetting as alcoholic and drug addict's trigger my PTSD and anxiety so without saying I felt like a scared kid in the dark so I quickly left without grabbing one of my bags. I left it outside my storage and hope my precious items are still there in the morning. Please don’t take my word for it the cameras should back my defense and I hope I don’t have to worry about any of my things being messed with. Thanks for your attention to this situation.

If that's a word she took my name size unit and said it is reserved just go there they have your info. Got there 7 min. Till 6. The clerk wasn't to happy to see me but she remanded professional. Hands down the US Storage on Indian School on the EAST side of I17 is the best storage in town! I've rented at many places and the Manager Melissa has been a real treat to work with. The woman who helped me was GREAT!
The area is a little rough, but she reviewed the security in place and also reassure me that the actually lived on the property, which made me feel better.
The locker was clean, with just a little dust on the floor (dust is everywhere here in Phoenix!) and the property in general looked good.
The gate access keypads are in slightly awkward locations due to the property layout, but they work great.

I was very happy with us storage centers. The only issue I had was I had a reservation to use a moving truck, however when I got there it was unusable. I had been depending on that and ended up moving in my car. That was not the storage place's fault as he told he that he communicated so to the call center.

Your staff was great but they failed to mention that the truck is not available to use to move so I had to rent my own truck also the unit was extremely dirty probably half an inch of dust so much so that it was like powder on the floor so that slow me down in my move all in all it was a pleasant experience and I got a pretty good deal for the price I'm paying I got 3 months but that truck would have come in handy I would have had my work done not a week later I guess they're having problems with registration and perhaps the emissions that's what I was told. And I would not be available for at least a month just a perk I was kind of counting on.

Sergio and Eric have been very helpful and professional. They are a huge plus for US Storage. The unit however had to be swept out as there was so much dust and dirt we could not see the actual floor. Before we could move anything into it. One of the doors is not aligned and difficult to open and close. And there was a large sticky spill. The property itself is almost immaculate. It's Arizona, everything is dusty. Overall because if the guys in the front office I would recommend this torage.

Everyone was real cool, would be a lot cooler if you worked with payment. If the bill is due Thursday and payment can't be made until payday Friday, that should be doable. Other then that I have no complaints. Thank you.

I was very pleased. I had a very good experience, sorry I don't remember the gentleman that helped me but he was very helpful and courteous. Very efficient was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you for the good service. It helped that you are open on Sunday. I will recommend US Storage to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings.

The manager was very helpful sensitive to my needs. My original locker had a spill from a previous client and even though it was cleaned it had a odor. I'm very sensitive to soap odors so the manager changed lockers for me with no questions. I really appreciate the service here!
