Alta Vista Mini Storage – Rapid Rental

Our Phoenix, AZ self storage facility requires contact-free storage rentals to be completed online or over the phone. Renting your storage unit online or over the phone is highly recommended before visiting our storage facility. Our online rental process is safe, convenient, and can be easily done in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer speaking to one of our professional agents, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.

Once you’ve completed your rental, you will be provided with a unique gate code that will grant you access through the facility’s electronic gate. You will also receive your unit number.

Your storage unit will have a seal that you will be able to easily break. A lock, which is required to be purchased during the rental process, will be inside the storage unit. If you prefer to return the lock, please keep the lock in its original packaging and place it in the drop box that’s located by the office. Once the lock has been returned, you will receive a credit on your next month’s rent payment equal to the cost of the lock.

It took me 3 days to get into my storage. I never received the right information, and when I finally did the storage worker didn't take the lock off so I was sent to a whole different facility for a storage as I was asking for a full refund by then. The accommodating storage facility was good about getting what I needed but you can tell they are stressed from the surrounding areas counting on them for everything. Never during the entire 3 days did I get an apology or feel like my time was valuable like their phone ads promised.

Well the online process was easy. The communication from reserving the unit to the unit actually being ready was terrible. Unit was dirty there was no lock and it looks like homeless people live in the units there. Overall not a good experience.

Horrible There is no manager on site. I was locked in on the property all night until the next day. When I purchase the unit the manager to me of the app storage genius that opens the gate with mobile device . But I didn't get to write it down cause I was on the city bus. I called 5 times to speak with the on-site manager that is never onsite.to get the name of the app she never returned my call so I was locked in and forced to sleep in my unit. Then she showed up the next day and yanked open my unit door and told me I wasn't allowed to be there and took off and didn't even let me explain the situation. On top of all that the weather stripping on roll up door is worn so it was raining that day and some of my property was damaged from the water.i told manager and still has not been fixed. Someone needs to call me immediately

It's a great storage facility for being in the area it's in . I clean the east side and keep up on the trash and security of the units as far as people coming in that does not have a unit there. I' use my unit everyday for business purposes and it has been a huge help.

very good overall. The only thing that would make the facility better in my opinion is 24 hour access and a pedestrian or motorcycle gate. My motorcycle is not heavy enough to open the vehicle gate sensors and I'm forced to wait for another vehicle to gain access.
