From reserving a place on the web site, to the follow up call by Precious and then the late check in with Christina, it was all such a pleasant experience. Christina the new manager there was absolutely awesome! Very personable and never made me feel that I was bothering her despite arriving a little before closing hours. I feel like she’s a friend now!! Knew her stuff and made the entire process exceedingly painless. Place is well lit and clean. I feel confident knowing my items will be stored safely and securely!

The online experience seemed a little brittle; signing up online did not seem to work well when my device suffered a network outage. However, signing up through Alex, the on-site representative, was a breeze. Alex carefully and easily explained the process for renting, including insurance coverage requirements, lock purchase charges, day-to-day operations and procedures for ending a lease. I’m very glad Alex was my primary point of contact with Budget Self Storage in Lancaster and look forward to his assistance again when the time comes.

Vincent was as accommodating as he could be under the circumstances, but I resent that my original agreement with the same company at a location 1 mile down the road was NOT met since they were closed on Sunday despite the fact that I have an Email to them stating my move in date would be Sunday, October 7 between 1:30-2:30 PM!!!! This cost me an additional $150/hour in mover's time!
I want my original agreement met which is:
$170.50/month with the first FOUR months promotional price of $135.00 per month met.
The price I'm paying now will cost me an additonal $1,976.00/year and I cannot afford that since I'm a Senior Ctizen living on a very Fixed Income!

Juan and Theresa are great customer service representatives, and the company should be proud of them! Prices were reasonable and fair, and the grounds look well kept. I am glad I found this storage, too bad I did not a long time ago. I would have saved myself some headaches!

The facility was very clean, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They even delivered ice cold bottled water to my moving crew!
