I don't have time to use as a reference point. I did have some difficulty renting my unit on Monday (I did an online reservation and after I completed the payment screen I accidentally closed out of the window before I could electronically sign the lease document).
This created a problem because neither the on-site manager nor the customer service Call Center could find me in the system.
After a total of 3 visits to the facility and 3 phone calls, someone was finally able to send a link to my email for me to sign the documents and move in.

My experience with the front ofc staff on Atlantic near Artesia in North Long Bch was incredibly awesome. Tiffany knows her stuff and always appears to look out for the best deal she could offer me. This was my 2nd time doing business with the front ofc and let me tell you Tiffany and Liz were both so pleasant doing business with. I love caring people working with the public it really means a lot to me and because of Tiffany and her team I will continue to do business at US Storage, but I would follow her as well.. we had to upgrade to a larger space and Tiffany had shown us 4 different ones and when we returned later that day we were able to transfer all in one day.. Liz had her back 100%. Thank you girls for being so dog gone awesome..I feel like taking them flowers right now, but will get to it soon..ooh and by the way, Tiffany will remember your name your face and make doing business a personal affair with doing the best to meet your needs..AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My experience was great! We had set the unit up online and within the same hour or so we received a call to help us settle everything over the phone, and we were told to head over when we’re ready! When we arrived to the facility the employee there was very friendly and helpful she explained everything from billing, hours, and how to get around the area. I was very nervous as it was my first time looking for a storage unit but they make the process easy.

My experience was so good the first time I used this location 6 years ago that I chose to return again. The professional knowledgeable and kind employees are the heart of this business. After the tragic loss of the previous manager, whose work ethic was phenomenal, the staff has shown the same care and carried on the legacy. I had rented online which was an ok experience ( definitely some bugs in the system) because I had an emergency and needed something overnight. The staff helped me get what I needed and was so patient with me through the whole process of buying locks, boxes and being able to use the free rental truck made all the difference. The care and concern and professional attention is why I chose to return to this location. I hope you commend Martin and Sarah as they do go above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed.

Service commendable they are good people, less favorable was the fact that the Truck gas spout was faulty I could not fill tank to original 1/2 Full I went less than 5 miles but when I went to Gas Station the Pump kept cutting off as if it was full because Truck gas line was faulty, The Office was still nice, Free Truck is Good, but problem with Truck was frustration after hard work moving

As soon as I came in to rent a storage unit, the workers were very polite and knowledgeable. They helped me find the right size storage for my needs and explained everything I needed to know so thoroughly. I give them a 10+ for the the experience and the cleanliness of the storage units.

My experience was great with Anna, but I noticed the store manager was talking to another customer and she was belligerent and rude to that customer over not putting gas in the rental truck. I hope she don’t talk like that all the time.

Absolutely excellent staff, friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained, a clean and safe place to store your items. They replaced all the doors with lighter ones, easy to open. Good communication, they always let you know of any changes. I have rented a space there for many years and they are very reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We only used US Storage for a month while we waited for our house to be ready - they were GREAT. Greeted with a smile when we checked in. Lost our card with the gate code and they were quick to assist. If/when I have storage needs in the future, we will likely go back to them.

Our rep, Cindy Perez, was extremely friendly, fun to be around and very professional. She was working alone at the desk but she was able to juggle 2-3 customers by herself.
I am concerned, however, that there aren't enough reps at the front desk and if someone is away on the tour with a new customer, the existing customers will have to wait for them to get back. I hope you will consider increasing staff so the front desk is not left vacant.
As far as the business, I wish the hours to go into the units were later as we will be moving from a 2218 Sq Ft house, of over 50 years, in the evening and your closing time of 7:00 pm does not allow us enough time to complete. Please consider extending access to at least 9 pm

I was very impressed how much this company helped we move into their storage unit, I also think their rates are more than reasonable and they even pro-rated my rate due to the almost end of the month. They even allowed family members to help me move for a fee and the truck. I plan to be with this company for a while.

Cindy was amazing.. Its like she could read my mind. Without me having to ask, she took alot of factors into consideration.Such as I am a young woman moving alone, and she immediately offered me a unit closer to the entrance. She was absolutely great. Im known for being a very impatient person, but whenever there was a wait, Cindy communicated her process and stayed practically engaged with everyone while focusing her attention on the customer in from of her. Couldn't ask for better service.
