Yes. All tenants must insure or protect their stored goods. To complete the reservation, tenants will be automatically enrolled in the site’s Protection Plan – however the Plan can be cancelled and the Plan fee credited to the tenant account in full if Tenant provides proof of insurance within 30 days of move-in.

The place is the best, I've been with them for a long time. They've made improvements to the buildings. And the staff's service is pretty good. And they're very attentive.

I had the absolute BEST experience at this location. Let me say that Hope was a True Blessing. I was completely emotionally exhausted and drained when I arrived, my cup had been depleted from a previous storage center but my experience here in Santa Fe Springs left my cup abundantly full. It was professional and thorough and she completely turned this whole experience around and restored my faith in the us storage corporation. She apologized on behalf of the agency and made me whole. She is an asset to this corporation and they are fortunate to have her. I'd like to thank her for being kind, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this location

So far my switch to US Storage in Santa Fe Springs has been seamless. Hope, the office manager, is very very nice and helpful. The district manager that was in the office the day I started my rental agreement was also very helpful and informative. My new unit was cleaned and swept, there is a light in my unit and the hours of 6AM to 9PM are a huge plus compared to my last facility. The price is definitely affordable and fair, although I'm sure as time goes on it will be increased which is unfortunate, but they are running a business, and businesses are started to make money so we'll see how it goes. But like I said, Hope, the office manager, couldn't be more pleasant. I will update this review as time goes on. Drewsky

Initially, I was very concerned with the take over of USSC. Nevertheless, Hope provided excellent, courteous customer service with me during this transition, which made me more confident with USSC. I really admire Hope’s knowledge and skill set. I was a long term tenant, however, I now have immediate access to my items because I am now able to utilize the space in garage at home. Due to her professionalism, company loyalty, and strong worth ethic, Hope is an asset to US Storage Centers!

So I needed a short term storage and needed it on a short notice. Then process in getting me started was great ! Super easy and quick felt super comfortable doing business with them. And then a day later I realized that I wouldn’t need the storage unit at all. But I had already paid for the rest of October and November. So I asked if I can cancel the month of November. They said they would call me back in which it did. But j had written down the wrong phone number due to my sloppy hand writing. I’m so glad they had a policy to leave someone else’s contact!! They were able to contact them and leave a voicemail notifying they have been trying to contact me. So ends up they were willing to refund me the month of November. Since I have never placed or put the unit to use. Honestly i was willing to lose my month due to them just being such an easy business to work with. But the fact that they were willing to refund me for November was the cherry on top. I know if I ever need to use a storage facility. That this is my first place to go! I would highly recommend all stor they are just good people to work with !

All-Stor self storage, I'm back again because the pricing is too good to pass up for the much needed space. Michael and his wife the management team are really nice people and very helpful in answering the questions for the valued information needed and acquired. So if you need to store your stuff like most people do, then try this place out and see the pricing difference. Oh and bring cash and or a personal check. No major credit cards accepted, it saves the cost factor on what they charge for a storage unit. And if you fall behind they're fair about it and work with you.
