What storage types does the Belleview Avenue facility offer?
- Climate-controlled interior units — 5×5 and 5×10 for boxes and a room's worth, 10×10 and 10×15 for apartments and smaller homes, 10×20 and 15×20 for full households. Colorado's dry air, summer heat, and subzero snaps are hard on wood furniture, electronics, documents, photographs, and instruments; a climate-controlled unit helps maintain a more consistent environment year-round. How do you get to US Storage Centers on West Belleview Avenue?
We're at 11645 West Belleview Avenue, Littleton, CO 80127, on the south side of Belleview between South Kipling Parkway and C-470. From C-470, exit at Ken Caryl Avenue or Bowles Avenue, head east, then north or south on Kipling to Belleview and turn west — the facility is on your left before the highway. From Wadsworth Boulevard or Southwest Plaza, take Belleview west past Kipling. From Ken Caryl Ranch, Kipling or Chatfield Avenue north to Belleview is the direct route; from Highlands Ranch, C-470 west to Kipling.
Landmarks help on the first visit: the facility sits in the commercial strip along West Belleview roughly a mile east of the C-470 corridor, with the Ken Caryl and Columbine Hills neighborhoods to the south, Marston Lake and the Grant Ranch area to the east, and Chatfield State Park a short drive south down Wadsworth or Kipling. Why store at 11645 W Belleview Avenue?
Because it solves the two-trip problem. Most whole-house moves have a climate-sensitive half — the dining table, the TV, the file boxes, the photo albums — and a rugged half — the mower, the patio set, the camping gear, the tool chests. At most facilities you pick one kind of unit and compromise on the other. Here the interior building and the drive-up bays share one gate: rent a 10×10 climate-controlled room for the sensitive load and a 10×25 drive-up bay for the bulk, and both are on the same visit.
The drive-up bays are the other reason. Large ground-level units are scarce on this side of Littleton, and these are sized for the loads that don't fit anywhere else — a full three-bedroom household in one bay, a landscaper's trailer and equipment behind a roll-up door, a boat stored under cover for the winter without paying for an outdoor pad. Aisles are wide enough to back a truck and trailer to the door.
The location does quiet work too. Belleview between Kipling and C-470 is already on the daily loop for Ken Caryl, Columbine Hills, and Chatfield-area households — school runs, Costco, the trailhead — so the unit is a stop, not a detour. Immaculate facility, consistent billing ... and most notably, pro-rated monthly fees. They refunded the unused amount on my unit within a day or so ... unlike Public Storage, who charged me for a full month when I moved out on Day 1 of that month, no exceptions, no appeals, no class.

The staff are really nice and the complex is always clean. Reason for 3 stars is pricing. I rented a 5 x 5 starting May 2024 @ $30.50. September 2024 went to $49.50 then starting February 1, 2025 was going to be $56.50. These increases in less than a year were surprising, so end of Janruary 2025 I cleared out my unit.
John was a wonderful help today. I lost my key to my storage unit (actually I sent it to Goodwill), and he was so very kind in helping me get a new lock and taking steps to get the old lock off! He turned a major embarrassment into a truly positive experience. Great staff!

We have been using Littleton Storage for some time now, since we are in the process of moving to the Denver area from Southern California but our new home had a flood and we can't completely move in until extensive damages have been repaired. Since we have been moving ourselves with a 16' enclosed utility trailer, there have been many loads of belongings to store. This facility has been wonderful! It is quite clean, has elevators, wheeled carts, is temperature controlled ...it has been a great facility and you won't find nicer folks than the couple who manage it. Pat and Troy are very kind, sweet, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the LIttleton Storage!

Been a client here since last summer and I love it. It's clean, neat and easy to get in and out of. Indoor climate controlled storage has no signs of pests that I have seen.

Littleton Storage is by far the cleanest, most convenient and easily accessible storage unit I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service goes above and beyond anything you’d expect from a storage faciliry. I was helped by their wonderfully kind and hardworking property Manager Pat Thomas. She bent over backwards to make sure that all of my specific storage needs were met in an incredibly quick and efficient manner. Would recommend 10\10. Even if you don’t live in the area, their cleanliness, safety and customer service makes it worth it. Very grateful to have found them.

If you are looking for a storage facility then look no further! Excellent management. Pat is top notch when it comes to customer service. Nice to have someone who knows their job inside and out. Pat knows her customers and has checks in place so she knows who belongs inside those gates and who doesn't.
We have two spaces, one inside and one out. This place is the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. Three years and I have never seen a single cobweb. Snow is promptly removed so access has never been an issue.
I would give the management and facility too marks in every category.
Littleton Storage is a fantastic place to do business with. First of all, they are conveniently located and accessible. Very secure. I use an app to open the access gate on arrival and exiting. The spaces are clean and well lit. The temperature inside is kept constant year round, so if you have heat sensitive items, you don’t need to be concerned. Pat, at the front desk has been so kind and always helpful. My wife and I have appreciated the service and would not hesitate to recommend this place if you need extra storage. I’m grateful that they are there.

I used Littleton storage for 2 years while I was saving to purchase my home. The facility itself is well managed, clean, well lit, has elevators, and the units are very easily accessible. We used Littleton Storage for about 9 months while doing a major remodel on our basement. The facility is clean, safe, and well lit with easy access. Large elevators and complimentary hand carts make moving things in and out so convenient. The best part however was the staff and customer service. Pat is exceptional. She is always friendly, helpful, and such a pleasure to deal with. The one and only time we had a small issue (which was our fault), it took just one quick phone call and they had it resolved in only 20 minutes, and that was on a Sunday!!! I highly recommend this facility and we will use it again should we ever need additional storage. They really created a positive experience for us while we were in transition. :)

The hand trucks provided were especially helpful with my many trips in and out over the years. The staff is friendly, available and always willing to go the extra mile. I downsized halfway through my stay and they made it so easy for me to make the move right across the aisle from my first unit. I would highly recommend this business for your storage needs.

I personally did not store anything here, only helped a friend move out of his unit, but the facility was very nice and clean. The cargo elevators were convenient as was drive up access to the building.
I got my unit here today. Pat was great and super patient when I had questions and wanted to see a few different options. Explained things well and got me set up with a unit quickly! Really happy with my price and the promotion I got for the unit. The owners should be really proud of the staff they have here.
Only complaint would be the high cost of storage, but they are competitive with other places in the area, place is clean and my unit is temperature controlled
