Great, brand new facility. Clean, nicely air conditioned with carts to help move items as well as convenient elevators. Bobby was excellent in helping us get the correct units needed for our storage. I did lots of research looking for a place, which there are many, but the fees were hands down better than their competition and easily understood.

If you're looking for a no-nonsense storage facility in West Melbourne, the US Storage Centers on West New Haven avenue is spot on. It's clean, climate-controlled and the location is super convenient. Plus, the staff- Bobby and Rachel, are genuinely outstanding. They bent over backwards to help us get our account set-up as well as going out of their way when we moved-in. They make it easy to pay by giving you 3 different options. In short, it's a great place to store your possessions without any worry or fuss.

Newly completed, clean, well-lit, storage facility. Plenty of carts to make moving items from the truck to the unit fast and easy. The spacious elevator accommodated two carts and people with room to spare. The aisles are wide, so maneuvering the carts was no problem. The facility staff is friendly and helpful.

We are in the process of selling our house and will need a place to store our household items which will not be used in the staging of our existing house. Rachel walked us through renting an air conditioned unit. (a must in Central Florida) My husband decided at the last moment to go with a larger unit, though I don’t think we’ll need it. With a charitable donation of 5 dollars, Rachel was able to get us a great deal for the 1st 3 months! After then, our unit is very reasonably priced.
