A. You can choose to pay in person, online, over the phone, or through mail. We also have automatic payments available.
Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
A. Yes! We offer special pricing and promotions for new storage customers such as one month 50% off. You can find our promotions by searching our unit selection above. Each promotion can be found next to the unit pricing and amenities.
Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

Everything has exceeded my expectations. From the minute I made my phone call to the choosing of the correct size unit, I couldn't ask for anything better. My unit, in the climate control area is neat and clean. There is a fantastic heavy duty cart right by the door inside which helps me in taking multiple boxes and items to my unit. To access the area is simple and safe. There are cameras in several locations, so I never worry about security. So happy I found this US Storage.

Very easy to sign up and get a locker. The staff was helpful and great to work with. The facility is very nice clean and easy to get in and out. Seems very secure. The climate control is great as well. No issues at all.

We had a hiccup on a first attempt but Carol at my storage space took care of it immediately. Again without no hassle. Moved a lots of stuff in to my space in perfect moving day (heavy rainy super hot day) but inside of storage place was super dry and temperature controlled. Super happy about my decision to pick this location. Thanks Carol! And US Storage Centers!

Very good experience. Staff was very, very friendly, location was clean and easy to access, and the price is competitive.
I accidentally broke a key in my lock and had to leave to get a pair of pliers to fix it- a staff member called to let me know that my lock was not properly fixed and my items were not secure within an hour. It’s nice to know that the staff is paying attention and cares about this sort of thing.

The facility is very clean and spacious. My unit was very clean as well. My cons are two things
1. The cost of lease was more than initially presented and after providing that proof the owners did not honor that.
2. Took a while to figure out the right gate code

Extremely pleasant. Don was willing to stay past regular business hours to allow me move in after 5 hours drive in the rain, and the paperwork was taken care of quickly. He also got me two units as close as possible, saving me time unloading my stuffs. The storage units turned out to be very clean, under sound management, and in a safe neighborhood.
