At the Ardmore storage in Philadelphia on church street the staff worker Jacqueline Costello is an awesome rep she provided excellent customer service make her customers feel very welcome and safe with using their units the security is great you actually feel comfortable and assured that your valuables will be safe they handle your every concern this is a great place to store your things try it you will not regret it the storages are great sizes at great prices not like the other greedy storages spaces this one is great prices I have plenty of room I don’t know what else to say about them you have to experience the joy of value and safety and great customer service for yourself thank you Ardmore in my book your highly recommended I appreciate you

My experience is great, the building was easy to find, the facility is clean and climate controlled. The young lady Jackie who was working is a absolute dream, she was friendly, knowledgeable and her customer service was 10/10. She offered to help me with my couch & also switched my unit for me when I had a issue with it's location. That young lady was running the facility all alone and kept a smile on her face the whole time....give her a raise!!!!

Historic building that's well kept and clean. Facility is not your average Storage it's sharp! They have private security monitoring the place 24/7. They have a loading dock that I unloaded my truck from and on rainy day but didn't feel a drop. Whoever built this place is a good contractor. If ur looking for a secure place to store ur belongings look no further. Also have a 3 car garage that opens up when u pull up to it. Top Notch Facility and the staff is very accommodating. Prices are undeniable literally! Ask 4 Jackie and come see 4 urself!

This Storage facility is immaculate and the prices are very reasonable. Jackie the manager is a genuine good hearted girl that will go out of her way to help however she can. This place is unlike any other storage facility and believe me I’ve been in a lot of them! There’s a loading dock we’re you just pull ur truck up and unload it. There’s also 2 elevators 1 Freight elevator which is huge, and 1 regular elevator. They have a drive in garage with motion sensors. When you pull up to the garage door they automatically open. It’s nice so ur not out in the cold or rain when having to put your belongings away. They also have their own private Security company that monitors the facility 24/7. I feel good knowing when I come here, I’m safe and so are my belongings.
