I spoke with someone on the phone and rented out a unit for the following day. When I got there, I was told that that unit was damaged and couldn't be rented and that there were no available units of the same size. This second person tried to get me to rent one at a different location which was a higher price than what we had already agreed on and which I had already paid the deposit and prorated rent for. I had to rent a smaller unit, just because I was in a hurry to get things in storage.

Scott is friendly and provided great service. My concern about the facility is that the gate has not been closed at 6:30 pm as stated in the agreement. I feel we are paying for security and I am not happy that the gate doesn’t close when Scott leaves for the day. I reported it to Scott and he said he would put in a ticket. This is something that shouldn’t take very long to resolve, but 2 days later, the gate was still open after 6:30 pm.
