When I came into this storage, the lady at the desk was very welcoming her name is Trina, she actually met me at the door, she must have seen me walking up lol which wasn’t a problem for me. It was breeze getting a unit and I feel like my belongings will be safe unlike other storages in the area having break-ins. She showed me the unit I will have and I seen that there were cameras all around. Thank you so much Trina for being nice and making this process easy.

Very polite and awesome and helps save money. I came to Ms.Erin telling her I need ed a new storage size because I can’t fit all my things. She came out and showed me two controlled climate units and told me for what I was explaining to her 10x15 was the perfect match. When I took her to my storage she said you don’t need another storage you need a rearrangement she helped me rearrange and I walked out happy know I didn’t have to upsize to spend more money thanks a lot Ms.Erin!!!!!! I highly recommend using US storage centers !!!!!

Good location and fairly reasonable rates. The access lot to the units is not level, so unloading a truck is a little more difficult than it needs to be.

Honestly it is a very good storage facility, security and all. the biggest gripe I have are the access hours to the storage units. Sometimes you may need to pick up or store things at late hours but they close at 8 or 9pm. No getting in and especially no getting out so be out before the clock beats you. It's not very convenient for busy rotating schedules. Other than that, very good facility indeed.

I stored a lot of my personal belongings in Airborne Parkway Storage while I was deployed and I never once had an issue with their services. They provided me an excellent service and it was one less thing that I had to worry about through my deployment.
