I have used the company under the old name when my children were in College and grandchildren in college there is no one in the world like this storage I had as many as five or better now I am 81 years old very grateful for your staff they are very kind polite smile the storage are clean wish you had lights in each love the gates and fence price have gone up over the years the money don’t wish you had a staff to help move and out to help with the organizing my husband pass I use to by I have stop not important anymore life is thank again have a good day kindness go a long way I am handicap thanks for the wonderful lady that took care of me hope I got the right name Trina Malone a great Property Manager at Parkway Place she wrote everything down for me I know every thing running together but it the love and care that matters. I will visit today and tomorrow if I get some help thanks . Because I had my RV trailer battery stolen, my experience was bad. Prior to accepting the lot to store my vehicle, I questioned obvious breaches in the perimeter fencing. Trina assured me that a work order was in place to repair the areas that I pointed out. Nothing was done for weeks. My battery was stolen in plan view of a "security camera", though no effort to reach out to me had been made. Was there even a viewing of the video to see if any suspect could be identified?
