To give an idea of the level of her customer service skills, Cyan could be a manager at a Ritz Carlton. We were greeted with a huge, wonderfully sincere smile and a sincere desire to help us determine exactly what we needed. She was patient with our questions and forthright in her answers. I stopped by for pricing for a 10x10 today and was greeted very politely by Jessica and Tiffany. The property was very clean as Jessica showed me a few units on the first and second floor. Unfortunately due to the higher pricing I was not able to rent at this facility. I do intend on coming back for moving supplies.
