It was very simple and painless. The clerk who assisted she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions explaining every detail. I have friends using other storage facilities and I have already told them they should look into here.

I thought that Ashlyn was an awesome person to speak with on the phone as well as meet in person. I rarely have that good of time transacting business. She made everything super easy for me to understand. We laughed and talked a bit, and then she walked me to my unit, so I knew where it was. She also showed me how to punch in the code to open and close the gate. Technology and I don’t get along, so telling me how to do it is not as effective as showing me how to do it hands-on. I appreciated her, taking the time in the heat to show me everything that I needed to know. She also helped me set up my automatic payments every month that match my pension payments. She is an awesome young lady and yes I would recommend this storage facility and I would have everyone ask for Ashlyn specifically!
