Our Dallas facility offers a contact-free rental process that can be completed online or over the phone. You can instantly rent your unit and move in the same day, or reserve a space online or by phone with no deposit required.

Once your rental is complete and your lease has been signed, you’ll receive your gate code, unit number, and a temporary blue lock securing your space. Please return the temporary lock to the drop box after move-in. A new lock is provided inside your unit—you may use it or bring your own. If you return the new lock unopened, you’ll receive a credit for its cost on your next month’s rent.

We know flexibility matters, especially during life’s busy turns. Unit access is available 365 days a year from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so you can visit when it suits you best.

This is a contact-free location, which means there’s no on-site office, but our friendly team is always just a phone call away to help with rentals, questions, or account support. For in-person assistance, you can visit our nearby hub location at 800 Fulgham Road Plano, TX 75093, where our staff is happy to assist you.

Once you’ve completed your rental, you'll receive your gate code, your unit number, and the combination to a temporary blue lock securing your unit. The gate code grants access through the facility's electronic gate during access hours.

After move-in, return the temporary blue lock to the on-site drop box. Holding onto it can result in additional charges, so it's worth doing right away.

Yes! Many business owners choose our facility for business storage — from extra inventory and equipment to documents and seasonal supplies. 

Our drive-up storage units allow you to pull your vehicle right up to the unit for quick and easy loading or unloading — perfect for businesses that need regular access or customers moving heavier items.

Please note that vehicles, trailers, and trucks cannot be stored inside these units.

Each unit comes with a new lock inside. You can use that lock or keep it in its original packaging and return it to the on-site drop box. If you choose to return it, you’ll need to provide your own lock to secure your unit.

This facility specializes in drive-up storage units designed for easy loading and unloading. Please note that vehicles and RVs cannot be parked or stored inside these units.
